What do you like best about the product?
Automated tests have been very helpful in finding gaps before assesments and ensuring compliance of infrastructure. Good support for AWS
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. We faced 1 false positive and that has already been acknowledged and picked up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are attempting at being compliant with security standards and Scrut has been indispensable in helping us through the process

What do you like best about the product?
We want a compliance, and we decided to go with Scrut, The thing that I found most interesting about Scrut is how team dedicates their time in giving the best class experience to their client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of such thing I have encountered as of now, may be something can come in future, but hoping to remain the Scrut same way as it is now :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for ISO:27001, SOC2 and PCI-DSSSAQ, and we find it very hard to do it by ourself. Here Scrut comes into the picture, which takes all our worry and that makes us more focus on doing the actual business
Good User friendly platform which i would recommend to others.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the GRC platform which scrut created its been a user-friendly handling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Solution part if it comes to any implementation or procurement, would be even easier if you have in-house expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped us in streamlining the auditing process with mandatory things to be followed.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly and exhaustive in terms of the requirements for any certifications. Easier for all employees to access and complete tasks required for necessary certifications.

There is nothing to dislike about Scrut as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation, in [articular is helping us with our ISO Certifications. It's benefiting us in many ways, including a one-stop solution for anything related to compliance.

We were looking for multiple compliance certifications, and after which, we onboarded Scrut automation which has made our compliance journey very easy and also provides a single dashboard that has all the data in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that makes anyone dislike about Scrut service. However, there are a few customization or changes that we would surely look forward to on the Dashboard look and feel. Furthermore, the Scrut team has taken the customization requests and shared the timelines for the same.

We wanted to have multiple certifications like SOC2, NIST, HIPAA, FERPA, ISO 27017, ISO 27001,CSA Star, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, ISO 20000-1, ISO 9001, GDPR, GLBA, CCPA

What do you like best about the product?
The team was very helpful in providing support and the required information. Very little effort was required from our end to understand what had to be done
What do you dislike about the product?
Small hiccups related to not being able to login despite getting training reminders. Some improvements t user flows/journeys are required based on user role/access

We were looking for a partner to assist us with the certification process, so we could spend most of our efforts on our core business. The Scrut team was able to expedite the certification process, making it mostly effortless for us

Scrut platform allows users to map scopes and standards on the platform itself, which makes very easier for our team to use it on a daily basis and the queries are responded at the earliest and rectified.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not face any major hiccups during our compliance process. However, we found the Scrut tool needs stability improvement on results showing in cloud findings under test section on Scrut portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a cyber-security firm, we were looking for compliance partner which can help our clients get compliant with global laws, certifications and at the same time they should be cost effective also. So in course of that search we found Scrut as best business partner.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Scrut is we were able to reach to them anytime on slack or can call to our assigned dedicated CSM for any help needed throughout the project untill we got compliant with global laws and certifications. Keep going Scrut!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard needs to be fine tuned a bit more but I know that Scrut team is actively working on improvements in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut solves a biggest problem of accomodating almost everything at one place like polices, evidences, cloud findings and many more. We were amazed by the quick respone from the team.

I am good with the entire process. Team could have focused more on hearing to clients doubts.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features I liked about the Scrut tool was TrustVault, and with the help of this feature, we can showcase our organization's security posture to our prospects and potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
During our security awareness training, we faced some technical issues with Scrut during the ISMS training, which was a little disappointing for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was for the first time we were going for SOC 2 compliance and we had no idea how to go about it. And looking at the cost was also a bit challenging for us to choose from the available options but I would thank the Scrut team for their proper support and for being very cost friendly.
