Customer success team worked very closely to ensure prompt compliance.

Nothing in particular was a challenge for me.

Worked fine til the time we used it, a few issues were reported where the platform used to load slowly but they were resolved by the team

What do you like best about the product?
Our partenership with Scrut Automation was very good. Their platfom is very easy to use and systematically designed for the audit purpose. The collaboration was also very good throughout this journey. I would recommend them as preffered partner for for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their template were based on AWS plaform only and Azure was missing so we have to create new documents which was a bit time consuming.
