nothing as such our expeirience was really good with scrut

Scrut helped us to get SOC2 & ISO compliant. They guided us from beginning to finally get certified.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut made the entire process very easy to understand and trackable. We could clearly understand the steps required for the compliance. The team from Scrut helped us in every stage to resolve any doubt. The scrut platform is easy to use and intutive. We could easily integrate some of our services with scrut for easy compliance adherence.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we were going for multiple compliance at one time, we would get confused where we could find the asset. But in retrospective, Scrut had all features to handle the complex tasks. The interface did not define if a sub head would be applicable for which compliance

It is helping us in 2 ways
1. initial compliance and which all documents are needed and how to fill them for compliance
2. going forward how do we maintain the registers so that next audit is smooth

What do you like best about the product?
Helping hand guiding us through the complexities of becoming ISO certified. Helpful support staff are always available to hand hold us though the list of requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific that I'd like to mention.

The team is very supportive and it's a good product that automates all the audit-related requirements.

As of now, there is nothing to dislike with scrut.

WorkSimpli is getting compliant with ISO27001, SOC2 and PCI-DSS with the help of Scrut.

The platform is easy to use, it can be integrated with all the cloud solutions to collect compliance related data.
The support team was excellent in terms of clarity about their product along with compliance process and answering our queries.
Also, they have a Trust Vault to showcase and handle compliance related questions from external parties.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were some glitches in the product when we on-boarded with Scrut platform and most of them were fixed over the period. The overall experience was excellent with the product and the Team.

As a small business organization, it’s hard to have an established compliance team, Scrut covered the entire compliance portfolio with their automation tool and their advisors to establish our compliance goals with industry standards.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut has helped Vizmo with managing all our policies and evidences. Scrut has streamlined our documentation process and reduced the pressure on our CISO to manage policy documents on drive or a physical system.

Ability to edit excel files on the platform itself rather than downloading them and re-uploading them.
