What do you like best about the product?
I have gone through the training and it was an excellent experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While attending training of ISO and GDPR there was no dislike as such and everything went well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We completed ISO and SOC 2 and had an experience of attending security training for certification purposes which went well.

The team is highly helpful and responsive. They have been helping us throughout the process and making sure we are 100 percent ready for the audits.

There have been no major hiccups the team follows you so closely with the updates so that there are no major findings in the audit.

All the featurse including cloud,policy campaign and evidence section.

While initiating the training program if we add new employees need to send the link one by one ideally it should be trigrred automatically as these are new cases added to the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We liked the user journey and the overall experience of the platform. The platform was astonishing and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I keep on getting regular updates on the platform which causes a bit of hindrance. I suggest the team to push the updates to once a week for better experience and acting according to need.

We used Scrut KAI - Generative AI feature which automatically fills vendor security questions which helped us save a lot of our team's time.
