Scrut Automation: Taking the Guesswork out of Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut team helped us in the audit process, they helped us make it smooth even for a beginner
What do you dislike about the product?
Just so you know, a few things could have been communicated beforehand, so we set up our process similarly as per the audit requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being HR stakeholders we have improved our internal process to a much more better way with the help of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 type 2

What do you like best about the product?
The Scrut platform itself is a fantastic single-pane of glass view into all of your information security practices and needs. Combine this with the stellar team, and the Scrut experience became exactly what our start-up needed to attain our certifications and compliances, but more importantly become educated in best-practices.
The team was always available to support us and guide us through the process, and were ready to answer our questions at a moment's notice. Their flexibility with the cadence allowed our fast paced company to stay on top of things.
With the help of Scrut, we were able to attain our certifications quite efficiently, and are now better prepared to serve our customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The overall experience was great, and for the moment there are no particular dislikes that come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped our young company navigate the complexities of SOC 2 T II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and PCIA certifications and compliances.

What do you like best about the product?
The scrut Automation tool helped us understand the exact requirements for our SOC 2 attestation.
Integration to tools and allowing us to collate all evidnce on the tool was a gamechanger during the audit - bringing the audit down considerably.
The scrut team was also very responsive and worked closely with the auditors, saving us from much of the traditional audit hassle.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nil, UI can be improved slightly, however, that is not a deal breaker.
There were some bugs with the features which resulted in having to refresh the page once in a while.

Scrut allows us to collate evidence in a centralized repository prior to audits, streamlining the process and saving time.
