What do you like best about the product?
It helps in automating all the requirements related to Compliance certificate and guide you about the each security updates.

As of now, all things are in good shape.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Scrut Dashboard offers functionality, enhancing its automation and user-friendliness would be beneficial. Integrating automated guidance and providing sample templates would greatly improve user comprehension and facilitate smoother task completion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their assistance in achieving SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications not only bolstered our company's credibility and trustworthiness among existing customers but also made us the preferred choice for new clients, giving us a competitive edge.

What do you like best about the product?
Complete transparency right from the introductory call to onboarding and the weekly updates.
Being an early stage startup we needed extra guidance and handholding which was provided by the team. The platform is very helpful and smooth as well.

Smooth experience automating GRC with Scrut
What do you like best about the product?
Product fit our needs and was more accomodating to some of our personal requirements and complaicnes, as compared to other companies which only automated the popular compliances and audits.
The service is also prompt and the team is expanding their services to help us out with security questionnaires and any other issues/questions we ever run into for anything governance, privacy and compliance.

Cloud detection could be improved as in certain instances it would require multiple scans to flag issues.

We have to ensure compliance with a lot of data privacy and security laws across the globe. Scrut has acted like a subject matter expert for us and helped us to ensure that we are on top of all compliances and can identify and mitigate any issues with minimal manual oversight

The overall experience with the team was very good and we were able to achieve the results within the timeline.

There is lot of lag in the inline editor which takes a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, the team knew what they are doing and their guidance was spot on to help us be best prepared for the external audits.
The availability of the team was amazing. Most ofthen that not I got responses to my queries in less than 15 mins which was amazing.
The team is also very flexible in setting up the required cadences to keep the momentum going.
All in all great partner and it was amazing that we got our certifications (5 in all) in our first external audit with very few (low priority) follow ups.

While they have great process and people, I think they are working on their product to make the evidence collection more streamlined. But then they usually make it up with their service :)

Scrut has predefined checklist for all ISO & other regulatory standards. It has helped us to implement & Validate our compliance activities with ease.
