Extremely helpful and very comprehensive work
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly. It is easy to keep track of the progress of our progress in terms of security. The customer success team is very helpful in pushing us to do things on time and also explain things in detail whenever we run into any roadblocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not exactly dislike but it would be great if there are pre-made templates for most of the generic things. It would be helpful for early-stage start ups who haven't figured out everything for themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut automation helps in securing all the necessary certifications required for building trust. It is one-stop shop for all certification needs that any company think of.

It is perfect to provide the consolidate reports which is helpful for audit purposes

Not all files formats were supported.
Such as MSG files.

We have got a single platform to collect the evidences. We do not need to move to departments to collect evidences.

What do you like best about the product?
It has many features for Security perspective and a user friendly tool which makes life easier. Also, we can integrate our internal tools and applications for better usage and experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only Risk Management and Vendor Management section can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PeopleStrong wanted to automate the Audits and Compliances along with Vendor Risk Assessments, Scrut Automation helped us with that.

Could communications between meetings. Questions answered real-time.

Learned about certain functions later in the game. Could have been earlier as they work well.

Building these tools independently would be expensive and take much too long.

The best thing is that it is way cheaper than the other ealternatives. Also, it is very easy to use

Lot of features are missing. Such as automated evidence collection for customer queries. They also don't have automated logs/change management in controlled documents. They also take some time to implement new changes

Scrut automation was helping us to get ISO 27001 certification, as well as managing policiues and evidences using their tool

The platform's intuitive design streamlined our compliance efforts. The process was remarkably smooth, yielding a wealth of knowledge along the way. The unwavering support from the Scrut Automation team (Nikhil and Sanskriti).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any particular issues or reservations regarding Scrut Automation. However, having a Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) interface would enhance its value. Additionally, more comprehensive information on AWS remediation processes would be beneficial.

It simplifies the complex task of compliance management, helping us meet standards like SOC 2. This has eased the burden of navigating multiple compliance requirements. It automated evidence mapping across various standards eliminates redundant efforts, saving us time and reducing costs associated with manual compliance. The user-friendly dashboard consolidates all infosec compliance standards and internal SOPs, providing a centralized view that streamlines oversight and enhances decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform experience and ease of use is the best part. Clarity on what is needed and the gap analysis provided by the platform is also very easy to understand and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud Test instructions could be better in terms of explaining how to fix the issues.

Bounty Media is getting certified for the GDPR and ISO27001 and PIPL.

Scrut's GRC platforms centralize policy creation, dissemination, and tracking, ensuring that employees adhere to established policies and procedures consistently.

We were unable to update TrustVault's Terms due to issue with the platform but then it was resolved by the team.

HR.One is getting ISMS, SSAE 21 and PIMS certified with the Scrut Automation.
