Great and interesting features
What do you like best about the product?
There have been some interesting features shown in the session like ML Optimizer, Augmented Data Explorer tool and DB2 Graph. I am going to perform POC and find more information on these features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any information about DSM tool. I would like to see enhancements on this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work primarily on Db2 Databases and so work on all kinds of problems : )
Best DB in market that too from IBM
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many DB's in different projects but IBM DB2 is the best I have ever seen. it's so compatible with any kind of operating system and performance wise its so fast & more powerful while comparing to other databases. We are using IBM DB2 for updating our logs, auditing purpose & saving the application data in DB for future reference. When we are making any kind of DB calls to IBM DB2 from our applications it's very responsive & fast. We implemented many complexes stored procedures for calling our applications & during executing those its so responsive & fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't find any issues with IBM DB2, moreover, it helps our applications to process any kind of data processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auditing, logging & capturing data.

Its best DB we can use any kind of application integration.

DB2 is absolutely amazing database with built-in advanced features for fast information process as well as robust and granular security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't met any limitations that would prevent me from solving a problem.

DB2 is used by our ERP, Data Warehouse and shipping software as well as a number of custom developed applications.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best DB ever seen, it is really nice to use & user-friendly & compatible. Very useful to execute & performance wise too fast. every fast processing & it's available in any kind of operating system. For running stored procedures & creating any kind of scripts it's user-friendly & GUI we can connect with any kind of tool we are having in and compatible with any kind of application. The main thing we are using IBM Database is for our logs storage & application related data.

Nothing to say anything wrong about the product, it's really a nice product which we have seen. The main thing is its user-friendly & compatible with any kind of application to connect.

We are using this for our application logging purpose & storing application data during retrieving.

One of the best Db which will fulfill your daily issues in your applications for storing the data & solving the issues.
The database was launched in hours and performed brilliantly.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment and associated support.IBM provided excellent support from pre-sale, to implementation to support. Direct communication with product development group was very helpful. Overall, IBM products have good amount of maturity mixed with a set of leading-edge enhancements. Products come with optional components that can be turned on or used without impacting existing user experiences making deployment and adoption easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the workload we migrated came from another IBM product, we still had to reoptimize queries on this product causing time and spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to upgrade my system secure and latest updated to the Market Requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Usually, popularity wins over product real capabilities and customers need to filter the noise and the bias about Oracle as a default Enterprise scale DB, which is true but there are equally great products out there. Due diligence is the key
Best Database I have ever seen
What do you like best about the product?
More user friendly, easy compatibility with any kind of operating system , easy to connect with any kind of applications, more efficient and lite weight application for any stored procedures and select, update or delete queries. Our most of the applications are using db2 to write our application logs instead generating a log file. In this way we can maintain our file system with unwanted log files generated. Also we can retrieve years of application data without any issues. Nice product everyone should use in there applications.

Nothing to say anything wrong about this. Nice product from IBM for database and I recommend this to be used for all database related stuff.

All application logs and every logging mechanism we are inserting inton DB, using it for future purpose.

I personal recommend to use this database in organizations.

The scalability and performance are amazing along with the common SQL engine to move from on prem to the cloud to an appliance
