ARIS Tool for Process Mapping - One of the best
What do you like best about the product?
Used ARIS for mapping different processes using BPMN notation
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I feel that the training for ARIS Modeler is not adequate enough. I think trainings can be better. The trainings used ARIS cloud as example but the test environment provided is the basic one so was not able to relate much with the training videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us to design complex Process Maps using BMPN 2.0 notation and it's quite important also as most of the companies are using ARIS for process maps
ARIS Process Modeler - Best Process Mapping Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I used Software AG ARIS Process Modeler for process mapping purposes. The training material is very informative and self sufficent and helps us understand BPMN concepts. Tool itself is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything to dislike about this tool yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it mainly for Process Mapping but I am also trained for Process Mining solution as well and both tools are serving their purposes quite efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
This has been a go-to software for process design and capabilities have been the number one choice for clients. The kind of depth it brings to the table is amazing. The way it stores process models and follows global standards is amazing. The ease, with which you play with the tool is quite good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its adaptability can be improved. I also feel that if compatibility with other tools can be improved, this is one of the best tools in the market. Customer support is too lagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the ARIS BPA for defining and maintaining repositories for various industries further facilitating projects like portfolio management, enterprise architecture consulting, and mainly for SAP and BPM solutions.

Process Automation makes the manual work minimal in business flow, Open system that is adaptable to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
scalability is a major concern, if we want to use it for big size project will cause efficiency issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes the Process seamless, transformed our process of interacting and sharing the information using documentation. Now the ARIS process makes documentation process standardized.

What do you like best about the product?
ARIS Cloud Enterprise is covered by virus scanning and intrusion prevention systems to protect the cloud infrastructure. The system is monitored for security as well as for nonstop performance, and Operations Services will act on any security alert.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay to have the updates, for example, they release new objects for use, but the pricing method does not allow you to use them, unless you pay for it.

- The Software AG ARIS works on the concept of Pay as you Go pricing model i.e. end user needs to pay more to avail extra services
