Process Mining

A great collaborative platform that allows users to find optimum ways of working

What do you like best about the product?
Today Porcess Mining is one of most trending tool or practise in the industry. There are many vendors in this space.
However there are very few who provide and E2E sol. to help organisation implement Porcess excellence initiative, business transformation or Process Automation.
ARIS BPA has been around for decades helping organisation design there business processes, however with inclusion of Process Mining, we can now combine the power o two to quickly dig into the details of how the processes are actually executed in a company vs how they were designed to be operated.
Seamless integration between ARIS BPA and ARIS Porcess mining makes the analysis of the AS -IS processes very easy and quick.
This combined with other advanced capabilities offered by ARIS Process mining like Advanced Process Model Overlay and Augmentation, Insight-to-Action, Root miner and many more that makes ARIS Process mining certainly one of the best in the industry.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say dislike but rather area of improvement in terms of its marketing, making the tool and training content easily accessible. This would attract more people and eventually help it's adoption in there organisation and people practionors im general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
operational excellence and cost take out is the way for most of the organisation post covid. This starts with understanding how the business process are currently executed within the organisation. Mining gives data based view of how processes are executed in real time and this gives the jump start required to analyse the AS-IS state of processes. This helps in cutting down the time and effort of interviewing people to understand how the AS-IS processes actually work.

ARIS helped one of my ex-enterprise organizations with process data improvement and integration. Its powerful tools helped business analysts with decision-making and work efficiency.

One of the most challenging parts of ARIS is its learning curve and to some extent its complex user interface.
It can also be tough for smaller organizations to fit into their pricing model

What do you like best about the product?
It is the good product and nice to use. Most of the features are upto market requirement.

we get the regular updates on the product from software AG.

Process Visibility and Transparency was not good but after using it is best.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface was simple and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I disliked about the Software AG ARIS Process Mining product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't actually use it for solving an actual business problem. I used it to get familiar with the tool so that I could use it in future potential engagements.

This is easy to use, intutive, both for the user and the viewer.

The loading time used to vary from time to time. Not sure where the issue was
