What do you like best about the product?
Using ARIS, we have been able to analyze our end to end business processes and it has improved our organization efficiency.
ARIS is very easy to integrate with other different source systems, it also integrates seamlessly with ARIS BPM platform and dasboards.
The level of support we received from AG ARIS team is really fabulous.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy just as plug and play, it do have learning curve and it took weeks for team to get really comfortable with ARIS. User Interface could be made more exciting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using AG ARIS for mining all the internal processes we have in the organiztation and it is helping us identifying if there are any deviations from the compliance and what are all the opportunities we have for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
What we liked about the product is that it allowed us to monitor our processes based on data instead of feelings.This has changed our relationship with warehouse teams, since we can now provide real data and not just discuss it, but also wait for answers and actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It offers a lot of insights, but it takes some time to set up but once you're done, it gives you a good idea of how it works.

It provides valuable insights into an organization's workflows, enabling me to identify bottlenecks, compliance issues, and areas where I can improve productivity.
Best tool for process mining
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user frendly, you don't have to roam accross mutliple things you will get what you want at your place. easy to use. best part is it is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing like dislkie but only thing is when you have heavy data so it takes some time to finish the merge.

It basically give us the insight at the glance about our process from its GUI.

What do you like best about the product?
My best usage has been in terms of creating the visualisations behind process flows. Being able to create as is process executions and creating to-be process design, to visualise has been ultra helpful and created such an ease. The tools provided are a level above what I have previously had access to. We now uridine this methodology in our conformance checking.

Access is a little long I believe. It's a little long however I do understand.

What I like the most about this new version of ARIS Process Mining is the evolution towards a friendly web interface, different from what existed in other products such as ARIS PPM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it has been improved from other versions, the configuration of the clients and the data continues to have some complexity. Anything that makes this work easier will greatly improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said in the previous post. The new web interface provides the user and analyst with greater clarity and accessibility when it comes to displaying and accessing data.

although I used more than 3 tools over my experience this is the best tool in the market Nothing much negative about ARIS Process Mining AG keep updating there products as needed by the market

Improving process, this happened after analyzing our business process through process mining, we identified the bottlenecks then optimizing the process that reflects in business operations and profitability
