Very high potential Software to improve Business processes
What do you like best about the product?
Closeing loops from process definition to the real doing. Finding out untested processes and understand what the employees are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing elementary functions depending on the licence type. Process mining without mapping makes no sense. Also to work with only one process is very weak. Too less standard transformations are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transformation of manuell processes to digitaliaze business processes by using SAP and Sales Force. Understand which data generate an event for following activities.
A lot of detail for the knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for knowing what you really do and being able to compare it with what you think is done. It allows for a diagnosis of the main issues in your process and enables you to foresee how it will be in case of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to understand the casuistry without a business expert. It could be more intuitive.

Although I don't use it directly it is important and necessary for monitoring details of process

Process Discovery, Process Optimization, easy and quick data input and creation dashboards; ready accelerators;

no connection with RPA, lack of task mining, no benchmarks

I can do process optimization of the most important processes and then monitor them day by day and check performance. We love connection to process models to make conformance check.

Gives an easier path to understan das is process so wwe cna focus on to be process. A great repository in understanding the current business processes.

the seach is a bit complex as the tool finds everythig that remotely has any reference to search items

Look like the insights generated are really good. We are in the proccess of validate that.

SOA is efficient and robust platform. Rcs in general haven't trouble

Its Modeling and designing capabilities, easy integration along with dashboarding to show KPI's.

Time taken by datafeeds for processing csv files used in dashboards can be improved.
