It is very easy to use, well designed.
What do you like best about the product?
The structure of the software. The navegation panel is very useful to use and it helps to have all organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently i did not identify something i would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a big challenge to make a process map from zero. This software has the easiest tool to make one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check some training material before starting to use the software, so you can see all the usage that you can give to it and optimize the tool.

Flexible, it providse a wide selections of methods to map and maintain processes and enterprise architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficut to learn and find the exact method to map a process structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to map the Enterprise Architecture framework of an important italian industry customer. The major benefits realized was the spread of information.

What do you like best about the product?
Aris is easy to learn and adopt the same in an organization. Ease of use adds to a better customer experience of this product. Automating workflows is so easy. Collaboration happens over the cloud and high availability of all the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting features can be improved by adding various file formats and fitting the process in the exported files for a better view. Pricing is little on the higher side. Nothing much negative about ARIS as this is one of the best software in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating Business Processes using ARIS and clearly define the AS-IS, and TO-BE Process flows to achieve process efficiencies and improvements. Great features for any business analyst to simplify process models.

Recommend ARIS for faster Business process modeling and analysis. Organizations can look forward to automating their internal business processes using ARIS.

Too long list. Just the best tool on the market

Bad system performance, low-quality production, terrible support, bad work with partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of ARIS is its liberary and how well business processes can be linked to each other. You often end up making multilevel business processes interlinked to each other and I think no other tool does a better job then ARIS
What do you dislike about the product?
The heavy licensing cost is sometimes that becomes a challenge for some mid size organisations to acquire it, but i think with Cloud version of ARIS that challenge is also now not valid anymore

Clearly articulating business processes is what it offers and i think by identifying where the processes can be enhanced is what it delivers in terms of the value

Consider ARIS over Visio, you will be surprised to see how much more can you do with business processes. Its a while new world

The part where workflows can be automated and the availability of files being accessible on the cloud instead of the individual machines.

The cost. Because I was not given the license to access and use it in another company that I worked for.

I was working on workflows for payment platform. The automation is really amazing as well as the rules that can be applied.

Objects and Models in ARIS are really useful for someone like me who is not specialized in I.T
We are using aris as the database to structure SIRIUS. Using aris is as simple as playing with shapes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since my knowledge on other environment is limited I don't have other benchmarks or other softwares were I can compare ARIS with. Since the software itself already provided me with the comfort that I need and since my company that time is leaning towards using ARIS as our design platform, then I', still sticking with ARIS for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maybe the normal glitches that were also encountered by other softwares.
Overall a good experience especially for process modelling ans RACI matrix generation.

The interface is easy to use and output is quick.

Slowness in terms of upload of certain assets.
