AG ARIS has governed and analyzed all the data and processes that arise from our work operations, so I can't find any complaints or problems with any of its functions.

AG ARIS brings together all the functions that my company needs to be able to adapt to new markets by analyzing the data and processes related to our systems.

ARIS has been a great tool for enhancing our business process management practice - with some training, it is fairly easy to use for process architects and modellers, and offers an easy way to produce professional quality process models that are consistent with industry standards. The tool is also versatile to be able to support needs for other types of business models such as customer journey etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The consumption of information from ARIS requires viewer license, and require uses to learn how to navigate around ARIS databases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ARIS enabled us to create process models quickly, making sure the process models follow industry common standards, and enabled us to create different views to meet business needs.
Demonstrates value quickly and easily
What do you like best about the product?
ARIS Process Mining is a good process mining software but the real differentiator for it, is the integration to the ARIS Process Modelling. Being able to map actual processes quickly against to-be states is exceptional and clearly shows the deviations. It is also improving rapidly with new builds bring major changes that work really well. It also quick to go from a dataset to the model, showcasing the ease of implementation & ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Am still waiting for the minor aesthetic changes - e.g. pick a custom font and size for all text boxes etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ARIS is allowing us to drive efficiencies across the value chains in banking and allowing us to rapidly deploy to various stakeholders across the business.
Aris is a great tool providing a centralized repository for your Enterprise Architecture assets.

It is a robust application with many layers of configuration and can be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As projects are in early discovery we can use Aris to very quickly determine impacts across the 4 architecture domains.
Efficient Process Mining with Software AG: A 7-Month User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Software AG ARIS has all the basic features that other process mining tools have, but additionally, the process model overlay feature is outstanding.
Multiple users can edit and work at the same time, which is amazing because it can save development time.
Multiple eventlogs is an added advantage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are not available on the transformation side. We hope they will be added in future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s mainly used by us to solve several key problems in the banking sector, particularly in the areas of process management, risk management, and operational transparency. It also helps in the O2C process

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very comprehensive and you can do a lot with it. It is also possible to make a lot of own adjustments and reports in it to make it really customized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really difficult to use for any unregular users, the navigation is not intuitive and not always as easy as it can be. Also a lot of errors are way too technical for users to understand which leads to lot of unnessecary incidents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently not much is being solved for our use, but that is mostly due to the fact that we are working on premise and most of the changes/problem solving is happening on the Cloud solution. This is understandable, but it does sometimes feel like we are left out of a lot of possibilities.
Mapping in ARIS Connect Designer modul in daily basis is positive and and the sytem is professional.

A full feature Processing Mapping Tool
What do you like best about the product?
ARIS is easy to use and navigate. Business processes can be mapped at different levels from top down to lower levels to suit different user needs. Business processes can be easily implemented. Software AG is known for their good customer support. Their local consultants are also very helpful. The tool integrates very well with common corporate services and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
ARIS can run quite slow sometimes. The cost of the tool is also quite high and can be difficult to justify too for smaller organisations who have a smaller budget.

ARIS allows the business to map all critical business processes in one place so that they can be more easily maintained. It provides a platform to support day to day operations, project delivery, and internal risk and audit.
