Using Software AG ARIS for Business Process Management as a Business Consultant
What do you like best about the product?
Software AG ARIS is a well-established BPM tool in the industry with a huge community backing it. Therefore, even new users would have no trouble finding advice and solutions to any problems they may face.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software AG ARIS has been around for a long time within a large community. So, while it has been continuously evolving, it might be difficult to bring about new revolutionary changes to the already established system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ARIS facilitates documentation and analysis of business processes.
It is a great program where we can display KPI measurements via dashboards.
What do you like best about the product?
Process improvement modul and KPI tracing.

What do you dislike about the product?
In process drawings, I need a network digram of the processes' relationships with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
visual representation of how processes flow in reality.

What do you like best about the product?
Aris is a good tool. Its an all in One tool with features like Process mining and trendminer it's on a whole new level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more training course for BPMN and process mining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently use Process mining feature of aris. This is helping us alot in finding the inefficencies and bottlenecks in the process.

Being able to work in the cloud from anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the functionalities of the client tool and the connect tool.
The cloud tool has to be constantly updated to visualize the changes and sometimes it tends to disconnect and block the models for a while.

It has different notations and allows the development of customized reports.

It is an easy to use and integrate tool, easy to adapt for use, the price is affordable, it does not require a steep learning curve

The technical support gives vague answers and failed to give me an expected solution

Improved security, integration between company departments is no longer a problem, in addition to providing a complete and detailed view of the company's business processes, an excellent tool to save time and money in the work area

Dynamic and visually appealing interface, color palette is harmonious, acquiring a demo is a simple a quick process, customer service is a marvel, timely responses to issues are provided

with Aris you will get the best in security and data protection in the IT field, it is the partner your company should contact to manage the compliance and effectiveness of all your security measures and protocols to ensure the total protection of all your digital activities and processes.

for some users to implementing this software can be a bit expensive, I think Aris should offer new prices and discounts adapted to the needs of each consumer.

my company was able to solve different security breaches where our most important data was leaked to the competition, now we enjoy total protection and in real time for all our activities and confidential content.

What do you like best about the product?
AG ARIS it allows me to organize, evaluate business analysis, and risk control helping my business management system, it is easy to integrate into different processes efficiently, it is really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any problems with AG ARIS, the price should be considered, but it is really worth it, it works better thant I expected.

AG ARIS it allows me to manage and analyze large volumes of information, simplifying the work process and saving time, it is agile and necessary for business use.

Best platform to establish connection between different Systems. provice best and accurate result in minimum time. User exeperience is very smooth and easy. This is easy to implement.

Customer support servce can be little lack. Overall best experience with this software. This is little high in cost for organizations who have limited budget

It gives me best and accurate result in minium time whenever I use this I got best result. Best software available in markwer wityhin this segment.
