Smooth User experience and UI
it was very easy to implement .
Still I'm integrating it but I'm using tools for Process mining , automation tasks and day to day tasks

Sometime its customer support service lagging ,Overall good software just go for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provide best and accurate result in minimum number of time, Whenever I required i cse this software for business process automation and it give me accurate result ,Best software avaliable in market in this budget.

1. Technical support is really good, quick response which means response time is fantastic.
2. Seamless integration and user interface is so good.
3. Multiple features like simulation, business analytics,process automation,process mining and process modeling.

It helped a lot in finding and understanding risk in the processes. It is saving cost and improving productivity and results.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user intaeface is good. With less ammount of data use can also Integrate and can get best resule in minimum turn around time. Customer support service is also good. I am using this very frequently and will suggest everyone to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I can't see any major dislike in AG ARIS softwre, But sometime it can be little expensive for small size of organization who have limited budget

It can perform very good and can give accurate result in process mining, Best tool for process automation and business processes

What do you like best about the product?
I found it easy to use means it is user friendly. Integration and implementation also looks easy using this. I would say not best but obviously good for analysis, mining and automation. Customer support is also decent.

1. Licence is costly specially for small organisation.
2. Lacks flexibility , becomes tough to switch to other BPM due to vendor lock-in.
3. Less customizations option as compared to other BPM.

Along with some good features it has some cons also like it becomes complex for users who are new. Also, cutomization is not as much as other BPM availabe in the market.

I would say it's a single stop answer for process mining. It has attractive UI. It is easy to use,integrate and implement. It has some outstanding features business proces modeling and simulation along with analysis.

It is bit costly but seeing its features and customer support it is completely fine.

It is user friendly,It can be integrated different processes in one step. using it from few Months, It is easy to use and gives us best optimised result in minimum turn around time. Easy to implement

Overall experience with this software was good but it can be little costly for whose organizations who have limited number of budget, rest it is great I will suggest to go for this.

it is very helpfull and easy to use. i have been using this since 2022 and i think its best tool for business process management. in AG ARIS i identityfied whereever improvement need to be done and suggest to user .this tool is also easy to integrate and implement and its provide customer support also.

so far AG ARIS meet all the standard without presenting any problem.

It has many features like business process modeling, simulation and analysis. It can be used easily by anyone. It's support services are great. I use this software on daily basis and I am using this because it is easy to integrate
