Argos Excellent tool for CTI
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface, quick access to alerts, and complete visibility of monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is useful, I don't see anything that is not liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of all digital threats is complicated to have in a single tool, but with Argos, this visibility is achieved.

The tool is amazing. I love how it correlates vulnerabilities, threat intelligence, and vendor risk seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can do better with security tool integrations

The implementation of a Threat Intelligence Platform addresses critical challenges in threat data management, analysis, and response, significantly enhancing the security capabilities and overall resilience of the organization.

Platform is Easily Best of Breed
What do you like best about the product?
Product provides us an all-inclusive suite of options that covers the full range of cybersecurity challenges that we face. The best part is their ability to customize requirements and produce results in the timeframe that we require. Not only are results delivered efficently but custom requirements are too.
They have tie-ins to all known sources of data and sites that most people either do not know about or have no idea as to how to access.
We have not yet had a instance where they could not deliover what we required and in the timeframe that we needed. The suite is feature rich and easy to use, plus the account team and resources are excellent to work with. When we originally implemented, their onboarding team were with us every step of the way and provide the expertise and training that we needed.
We have tied their product into our dashboards and KPI's and integration was a breeze. We use the services pretty much all day, every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not too many negatives with th eplatorm or product, at least not any that we have found this far. It is not a cheap solution but the alternative is way worse and they have saved us more than once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the issues and cybersecurity risks that we either do not know about, have access to or do not have the time to find. Our brand is of critical importance to us and we have prevent spammers and spoofers, we heavily rely on them for that purpose as well as threat intelligence, mining the dark web and other sites and locations for our compromised accounts or any data leaks that may surface.
Using Argos Threat Intelligence Platform for Cyber Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides a lot of relevant information that is very useful in determing the threats to an orgnization. I would highly recommend this product to other Security teams that need an extra set of eyes on their assets and resources. The ease of use also allows your Analyst to get information quicky to assist in validate your organizations exposure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without proper tuning the system can generated some false positives. That is the only downside of the platform. To this point, the false positives have been relatively low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform assist with threat intel that provides valuable information in a timely fashion for resolution.

It is an easy to use and navigate platform.

There isn't anything that I can think of that I dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use and to utilize within internal workflows. User-friendly interface, provides a fantastic holistic overview of related assets connected to our company. Provides valuable information related to potential threats, bad configurations, and shadow IT. Also - very happy with the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the way we use and utilize Argos - I cannot pinpoint something that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides valuable information for illegal impersonation of our brands, provides clues that shadow IT is used, provides information if some of our products are distributed fraudulently, and gives the possibility to mitigate the above issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly, simple, and scalable. It features threat detection coverage that exploits the brand and has sophisticated countermeasures adapted to the times. The support is very efficient, and immediate attention is received from a dedicated analyst. It is important to highlight that its implementation is immediate since it is web-based and only requires access, and of course, it has the appropriate authentication mechanisms for optimal security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that detracts in some cases, not in all, is the response times in takedown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we face include phishing, impersonation, exposed credentials, among others.
