Argos allows us to detect more than 300 alerts per year and to increase our security scoring to a "A 93" notation

What do you like best about the product?
The software advanced monitoring with threat detection, and response capabilities are a key part of our business on understanding our security presence. The platform is easy to use with a clean and intuitive interface, making it accessible for both technical and non-technical users.
Customer Support is one of the key areas with the partnership we have with the company, great support and partnership helps feel like we are heard.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I find missing on the platform, most of the suggestions/improvements given are related with the platform integration and centralizing the alert center into a SIEM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefits from Argos solution were without doubt the Brand protection. Retail companies have a hard time understanding all the exposure and network presence. The platform assist us daily on reducing that risk, understanding thrends and improving our security posture.
The possibility of launching investigations quickly and the quick report capability allow us to reduce the effort of the analysts to setup and dig on new threat that might emerge.

An innovative approach
What do you like best about the product?
A clear presentation of the results, with a fine relevance on the detection elements. The engine allows for cross-referencing of information and in-depth research. A true consideration of the client environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real negative points considering the difficulty of the CTI discipline. The teams are attentive. Integrating an AI engine would be a plus.

Allow to be proactive and to address compromises and weak signals

For me it must be the best solution available on the market.
We love the depth of the research, the scanning capabilities and the 360° view of the company's external perimeter.
Also the services level is great, including top analysts.

the possibility of inserting filters that can avoid the numerous false positives in the ASM module.

too many false positives related to the search domain are detected in the asm module

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of visibility the platform provides is astounding. Argos provides data from D&DW, ASM, Supply Chain Intel and Digital Risk Protection. Raw searches are also very useful. Love the Threat Knowledge Base, as well. It allows you to search for threat actors, malware, cve, et. al, that are targeting a specific industry vertical AND/OR a geographic region.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adjusting or tuning of a few of the alerts due to high false positive rates need to be addressed on the Cyberint side. (NOTE:

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditionally, the focus of most IT security organizations has been directed internally, relying on tools like EDR/XDR, etc., to protect and inform them of a compromise. Cyberint provides insight into a potential threats that exist external to the organization - VIPs and Brand impersonation, compromised crendentials from an infected machine, vulnerabilites on externally facing systems and supply chain intel.

What do you like best about the product?
Argos have a effective real-time monitoring and advanced analytics help us detect and respond to potential threats and brand damage more efficiently. The platform's continuous scanning capabilities cover the dark web, surface web, and deep web, providing us with comprehensive threat visibility. The good one is the UI platform is user-friendly, even non-IT function can adapt fastly. Then, all alert are clear and accurate, so having sufficient evidence to support decision making faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
While their real-time monitoring and scanning capabilities are extensive, I found that the actionable in their phishing domain takedown service need to be improved or quicker, maybe in financial industry we needed for critical decision-making.

Could detect a potential brand damage and data breach in wildworld is the best mitigation for every industry. Best way to stop damage to company
All in one threat intelligence platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get assets discovered for you and alerting on them is very helpful. It recommends the action for the alerts on the page itself. The range of alerts is vast and mostly accurate. It also has the functionality to check for phishing of our products using a phishing beacon. The ease by which we can reach out to support for more information on an alert from the alert page itself is seamless. The weekly and monthly threat landscape reports are very informative. Cyberint has greatly enhanced our security initiatives and has added a lot of value to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor ui bugs like the alerts dont open in a new page when you ctrl and click. No ability to add ip ranges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its giving us actionable alerts in one place rather than us going through multiple sources. Some of the alerts wont have been possible to find out without cyberint. It also allows us to request to buy breached databases affecting our org while dtaying anonymous. It has the ability to monitor all kinds of assets and also discovers the assets and shows us a confidence score which helps us in determining the criticality of the assets. It has made our lifes easier.

The information is very clear and the detections are very accurate. The team is very responsible and always willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of integration with the SIEM, the information provided is transversal to all alerts, that is, if we need specific things for certain alerts, this is not included in the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The internal lack of visibility in terms of how our brand can be exploited. Argos helps a lot with that.
