Great all in one Threat Intelligence Platform with accurate findings
What do you like best about the product?
Argos has several features built into one platform and has excellent human support behind all the automated findings. It provides accurate and actionable intelligence for my team. The platform is very easy to use and integrates well with your existing SOAR solutions for automation. Takedowns also are very quick and we are in the platform every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of simple UI issues that can be better and are on the roadmap to get resolved. The platform is a bit modular and could be good or bad the way you look at it. We'd have preferred to have some features bundled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos provides actionable intelligence for us whether it's a new phishing site or anything from the dark web. We take swift action based on the intel.

Nice platform with great & Friendly support
What do you like best about the product?
The Platform is very nice and friendly support team. The platform provided really helpful and effective alerts with complete information.
What do you dislike about the product?
ASM discovery need to improve a bit but we can also add the assets to monitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It monitors all our public facing domains and it will give alerts very quickly
Amazing threat intel and ASM platform with great customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI has had a great refresh and it's easy to find what you are looking for quickly. There is a Jira integration we use to integrate with our IR queues which makes tracking alerts much easier for our team. The new Malware Intel module is very handy for analysts and threat researchers. Lastly, the customer support is great to work with and their analysts are very responsive with helping analyze new alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a couple of hiccups with the Jira integration over the years but they were quickly resolved by the support team. Nothing else to note here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it for dark web monitoring and credential leak detection. Another problem Argos solves for us is phishing monitoring, look-alike domain prevention, and detecting vulnerabilities in publicly exposed resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform gives us the threat intelligence we need in a timely manner. It has allowed us to quickly triage and handle exposed credentials, misconfigured cloud storages and potential phishing or social media impersonation. The analyst are responsive and will respond to request such as additional information and analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
The analyst can take some time to respond but that's no big deal, we can do our own analysis.

Discovering the unknown, scouring the dark web, infiltrating gray TG groups

The Argos Threat Intelligence Platform is good with both platform and expertise support. The platform provided really helpful and effective alerts. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable.

The integration has some issues and is limited in some path

The Argos monitors our assets and provides alerts for phishing attempts targeting our company and takedown those malicious sites.

Users cannot edit assets and change the request takedown by themselves

Good at detecting brand abuse and phishing websites.

What do you like best about the product?
Argos Threat Intelligence keeps me up to date on the overall threat matrix of the internet in general. I am able to utilize this information to prioritize my infosec decisions and instruct my team in navagiting the prioritization of new threats. Quite easy to implement, frequent updates and easy integration into third party SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides to the Argos Threat Intelligence platform. Easy to use, understand and get value from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos Threat Intelligence solves many of the brand hijacking issues and look-alike domains that may try to spoof our brand. It also provides me an early view at the known threats and the trending of different risks.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is easy to navigate and use. Whether you a seasoned cybersecurity expert or a complete novice, the information provided is clear, concise and informative. From a customer service side, they are helpful and always striving to do better. They take feedback well and quick to implement solutions. We frequently use their number of features to guide us through the cybersecurity realm. We highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The session time could be longer. Having to log back in repeatedly can be slightly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos is helping us stay ahead of the ever changing cybersecurity landscape. They help us identify threats to our brand in all realms.

The data of raw intel cyberint, and we can request to analyze some case, and the results very good.

i can't see credential of deep analize on raw intel, if i can it will be 99% perfect
