Easy to use system with up to date intelligence feeds
What do you like best about the product?
The system is straightforward and easy to use.
All the input we get from the system is correct and verifiable .
Argos analysts are glad to help and responding quickly when being contacted.
I use the system everyday and is my main source of getting data and intelligence regarding threat actors that are targeting my business sector.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like every other customer, we would like to see every threat that is actively threatens our organization posted as quickly as possible, most of the times, Argos system does well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos is monitoring our assets on the internet and protecting us from active phishing attempts that appear often
Great product with some changes it could a prefect product

The real time alerts is very useful in our organiztaion.

The raw intel need some updates , the search is not working prefect

Enables an overall view of the state of the corporate assets, in terms of vulnerabilities and in terms of mentions in the network.

What do you like best about the product?
Up to date reports with multiple IOCs and attack thecniqures that can be used for threat hunting and system patching or EDR/FW rules you can implement and mitigate the threat before it happens.

Threat intel on compromised accounts does not happen fast enough.

Constantly scanning for your brand in dark web for any threat actor activity that can or is harming your busniess.

The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing even those without extensive cybersecurity backgrounds to navigate and extract valuable insights effortlessly. The platform's ability to aggregate and correlate data from diverse sources provides a holistic view of potential threats, enabling us to proactively fortify our defenses.
The customer support is great. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping users maximize the platform's potential. They've been instrumental in addressing our queries promptly and providing valuable guidance on optimizing our threat detection and response strategies.

Robust threat detection capabilities, real-time insights and user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some alerts are duplicates. We will be alerted again on something that is acknowledged.

The problems that are solved when using Argos Threat Intelligence Platform that are beneficial to the company are, Risk-based vulnerabilities for exposed ports, exposed interfaces etc, compromised credentials and phishing sites.

A clear platform where you can quickly find your way around.

That you couldn't set the timeout yourself, but with the new release this is now also possible.

We use the Argos platform to monitor our brands / VIPs. The TakeDown service is good and makes our work in our SOC easier.

It's dynamic information that is constantly updating based on the gathered intelligence available. The cyber ninjas behind the solution are very efficient in providing services.

Some minor features which could be helpful to the users are raised to the support as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful CTI reports, easy to use platform. Argos can be integrated to SOAR. User support is top notch.

Session timeout is short and it requires OTP to re-login.

Argos Platform helps in securing public facing assets and provides custom Threat Intel that can protect client information / data.
