What do you like best about the product?
Detailed Threat Intelligence detections, Threat actors detailed informations. Fast and accurate intels. Very quick support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they back Forensics Canvass on the package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They monitor who are the threat actors that are impersonating us not only on social media platforms but in all platforms. Also, Brand Proctection of our company against threat actors. Lastly, the monitoring of Dark Web.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of up to date reports, not to mention the availability of raw intelligence logs. If the information is lacking, the Cyberint team would try to cater to the needs of the client and deliver their desired information. rapid development of the platform, dedicated analysts.
What do you dislike about the product?
the platform usually times out and a relogin with an OTP is required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Up to date - trending threat intelligence, quick remediation and mitigation.
You can't go wrong with Cyberint.

Argos' UI is pleasant to the eye and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not particularly dislike anything in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos' proactive detection of threats gives us ears and eyes in the deep & dark web. I sleep better at night knowing that I have Argos looking over the threats against my organization and my customers.

Brings actionable intelligence and alerts, complete with professional recommendations. Invaluable for remediating vulnerabilities, discovering potential leaks and misconfigurations; a great tool to improve the security posture in all ways. Incredible customer support.

Some minor navigation/filtering difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos gives us an attacker's view of our assets and attack surface, complete with alerts and recommendations to remediate and reduce our risk. This is besides for the general deep/surface web scanning for brand impingement, leaked credentials, dark web info etc.
All in all, it provides us with a comprehensive external risk profile, along with timely alerts that help us mitigate that risk.

Argos helps prevent any possible threat before they escalate into a full blown incident. They watch and protects you from what is not limited to your environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Argos continues to improve its services by asking users what is needed to help thier task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos scans every data available in the cloud and validates if these data poses any value and if may pose threat.

What do you like best about the product?
The Argos platform is easy to use and provides the necessary information needed to support Threat Intelligence for our company as I use this platform in my everyday tasks. The discussion board for alerts gives very good way for us to get more information from the analysts and provide good discussion points on each alerts. Takedown requests are a godsend especially for phishing websites. The score for each environment is a great way to show your upper management that the threat intelligence that they are spending on is working for them.

There is always room for improvement in threat intelligence, as they lack some features that other threat intelligence have. I was assured that they are working to be able to provide more updates to the platform in the coming months.

There are not many aspects of the Argos Threat Intelligence Platform that I find unsatisfactory. Initially, one of my minor concerns was the user interface, which felt a bit outdated. However, I am pleased to report that this issue has been addressed with a recent update, where they revamped the GUI with a more modern and user-friendly design.
The only remaining feature that doesn't fully align with our needs is the look-alike domain detection. While I understand the value this feature offers, it's somewhat less relevant for our specific situation. We own a number of common domain names, which makes this feature less effective for us, as it occasionally flags domains that are legitimately under our ownership. Despite this, it's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things and doesn't significantly detract from the overall excellence of the platform.

Well organized platform, incredible results, amazing service
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, easy to implement, and integrated with our AWS instance. The dashboards allow me to manage the work easily and the service of our Cyberint team is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The AWS integration took a little bit more work than I hoped for but was helpful.

Argos is our one stop shop to help us understand external risk to our company.
Easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to the Argos Platform, we can quickly action Threat Intelligence alerts. The Attack Surface Monitoring module also allows us to address any security concerns. The platform is easy to use and the alerts you get are relevant. CyberInt's analysts and customer success team are also a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Lookalike Domains Management dashboard is useful but generates way too many alerts. It makes it difficult to stay on top of the queue. The team is aware of it, and I'm sure they will update it in future to allow users to limit/exclude some domains from appearing in the dashboard.

Threat Intelligence alerts are relevant to our organisation and attack surface monitoring helps us address security threats.
