Dedicated support. We can rely on the team to respond to oir inquiries on a timely manner

Robust threat detection capabilities, real-time insights and user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some alerts are duplicates. We will be alerted again on something that is acknowledged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that are solved when using Argos Threat Intelligence Platform that are beneficial to the company are, Risk-based vulnerabilities for exposed ports, exposed interfaces etc, compromised credentials and phishing sites.
Very good platform to do threat intelligence / hunting

A clear platform where you can quickly find your way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you couldn't set the timeout yourself, but with the new release this is now also possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Argos platform to monitor our brands / VIPs. The TakeDown service is good and makes our work in our SOC easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It's dynamic information that is constantly updating based on the gathered intelligence available. The cyber ninjas behind the solution are very efficient in providing services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor features which could be helpful to the users are raised to the support as well.

Great CTI Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful CTI reports, easy to use platform. Argos can be integrated to SOAR. User support is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Session timeout is short and it requires OTP to re-login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos Platform helps in securing public facing assets and provides custom Threat Intel that can protect client information / data.
Best CTI to use
What do you like best about the product?
Detailed Threat Intelligence detections, Threat actors detailed informations. Fast and accurate intels. Very quick support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they back Forensics Canvass on the package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They monitor who are the threat actors that are impersonating us not only on social media platforms but in all platforms. Also, Brand Proctection of our company against threat actors. Lastly, the monitoring of Dark Web.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of up to date reports, not to mention the availability of raw intelligence logs. If the information is lacking, the Cyberint team would try to cater to the needs of the client and deliver their desired information. rapid development of the platform, dedicated analysts.

the platform usually times out and a relogin with an OTP is required

Up to date - trending threat intelligence, quick remediation and mitigation.
You can't go wrong with Cyberint.

Argos' UI is pleasant to the eye and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not particularly dislike anything in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos' proactive detection of threats gives us ears and eyes in the deep & dark web. I sleep better at night knowing that I have Argos looking over the threats against my organization and my customers.

Brings actionable intelligence and alerts, complete with professional recommendations. Invaluable for remediating vulnerabilities, discovering potential leaks and misconfigurations; a great tool to improve the security posture in all ways. Incredible customer support.

Some minor navigation/filtering difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos gives us an attacker's view of our assets and attack surface, complete with alerts and recommendations to remediate and reduce our risk. This is besides for the general deep/surface web scanning for brand impingement, leaked credentials, dark web info etc.
All in all, it provides us with a comprehensive external risk profile, along with timely alerts that help us mitigate that risk.

Argos helps prevent any possible threat before they escalate into a full blown incident. They watch and protects you from what is not limited to your environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Argos continues to improve its services by asking users what is needed to help thier task.

Argos scans every data available in the cloud and validates if these data poses any value and if may pose threat.
