Cyberint's threat intelligence alerts are easy to act upon
What do you like best about the product?
Cyberint's team is professional and helpful, ready to address any challende or question. The product is rather easy to deploy and has a bunch of valuable features for threat intelligence teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good if Cyberint's team would ease up the learning phase of the client's needs and requirements upon onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically monitoring threats from the dark web.

What do you like best about the product?
The information available on the portal is very useful. There is a good feeling of ROI. The platform does more than just Dark Web notifications, if is a Swiss-knife with information about multiple areas and very insightful. The support we have is usually fast and the team is responsive even on weekends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every action has a minimum coin usage. Some actions that may take hours of work have the same charge as actions that demand a few minutes. I believe the coin charge rate should be revised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dark Web and branding monitoring. Cyberint has access to restricted forums and able to find information that is not widely available.

The best thing about the Cyberint system is its user-friendliness. It is very intuitive and easy to understand how to use its tools efficiently. I am very satisfied with how the system functions and provides us with the necessary information and solutions quickly and simply.

There is nothing we dislike about the Cyberint system. Everything required for the system to function optimally is perfect and easy to use.

Cyberint helps us solve numerous cybersecurity challenges, such as identifying potential threats, mitigating risks, and protecting our digital assets. This benefits us by enhancing our security posture, ensuring the integrity of our data, and providing us with timely, actionable insights to proactively address

It covers a lot of ground—surface web, dark web, and social media—and gives us a heads-up about things we’d probably miss otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the alert noise a bit high at first, but after tuning some of the rules with help from their support, it got better.

Cyberint monitors the dark web and other platforms for phishing, data leaks, and impersonations. Thanks to the early detection it provides, we can respond quickly to emerging concerns, reduce risk, and strengthen our overall security posture.
Very good support, fast and effective when requested.

The division of alerts with each respective type and the information it gives us, this helps us to make a correct, clear and effective mitigation.

The menu has to be more intuitive to the user.

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. I really like that the graphical interface is constantly updated for a better user experience. It has everything you need to have a complete overview of an alert.

In certain incidents it could be used as basic playbooks to know how to act.

The platform has helped us a lot with the credentials exposed on the dark web and the improvement of the brand in terms of information security.

It is one of the most complete and easy-to-use tools, it allows us to view threats on a daily basis on multiple platforms and provides excellent support to users. It is easily implemented and integrates very well with all tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a year of using the tool, it meets all expectations and I couldn't mention anything that I dislike, it has been compared with other similar tools and has surpassed them without problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tells us configurations that contain threats, exposed collaborator passwords, phishing sites pointing to the company, fake social networks, repositories with codes and information related to the company, among multiple alerts received daily that allow us to visualize existing threats than with others. tools we could not, this benefits us greatly since we can mitigate vulnerabilities and configurations early
