Good source for information about the company on the dark web
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great at monitoring for any information about your company on the dark web and on various bad actor communication groups like Telegram and Whatsapp. We are also able to perform take downs in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AWS integration for monitoring IPs could be improved.

Argos is helping us know of any issues that could impact our brand, employees, and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful in Argos™ Threat Intelligence Platform is the Operational Dashboard, Threat Knowledgebase, Alerts Center and thier Digital Risk Protection. It is easy to navigate and very informative

There were no least helpful about the Argos™ Threat Intelligence Platform. Argos platform should be able to easilly filter different assets / companies that were enrolled in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reduce fraud related cases and be able to quickly address it. Easily identify vulnerabilities and be able to address them immediately

The best feature of the Argos™ Threat Intelligence Platform is its ability to offer comprehensive integration of threat intelligence data from multiple sources. This enables a centralized, in-depth view of potential threats, facilitating cybersecurity monitoring and management.

Essential Threat Intelligence, Quick Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the threat intelligence capabilities of Cyberint, a Check Point Company, especially the way it provides insights into data being sold on the darknet. This feature is crucial for us because we don't have other means of monitoring such data, and it has transformed the idea of being potentially exposed into a concrete reality we can address. When data appears for sale, Cyberint allows us to swiftly identify what has leaked, enabling us to prioritize and respond effectively. Additionally, their ad-hoc investigation service is a standout aspect. Whenever I need them, they conduct these investigations promptly and with professionalism, which reinforces my confidence in their service. Moreover, the ease and speed of the initial setup were impressive. The platform does not require complex integrations; just a simple CSV file with identifiers is needed, making the process straightforward. Lastly, I value the seamless integration with Torq for alert enrichment, allowing validations of user activity and relevance of findings, which adds to its utility and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the external attack surface monitoring to be lacking, as there are delays in detection and I never receive meaningful alerts related to it. While it occasionally works well for detecting phishing websites, these often turn out to be misconfigurations on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyberint, a Check Point Company, provides threat intelligence, phishing detection, and alerts on data being sold in the darknet, enabling us to take immediate action. The professional, timely ad-hoc investigations enhance our security strategy significantly.
User-friendly Platform with Abundance of Data and Intel
What do you like best about the product?
The Argos platform is very userfriendly from both client and administrator sides. The customer support on the Argos side has also been a breeze to work with as communication is very frequent and consistent. When looking at the platform, it is a breeze to integrate with our systems and has many features that are customizable to each client/tenant.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there are no downsides of Argos as we are still working through the platform and testing new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Argos is solving our lack of brand protection services. As clients request more protection, argos is able to help us help our clients with the utmost security needed to keep their brand and image positive.

What do you like best about the product?
The software advanced monitoring with threat detection, and response capabilities are a key part of our business on understanding our security presence. The platform is easy to use with a clean and intuitive interface, making it accessible for both technical and non-technical users.
Customer Support is one of the key areas with the partnership we have with the company, great support and partnership helps feel like we are heard.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I find missing on the platform, most of the suggestions/improvements given are related with the platform integration and centralizing the alert center into a SIEM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefits from Argos solution were without doubt the Brand protection. Retail companies have a hard time understanding all the exposure and network presence. The platform assist us daily on reducing that risk, understanding thrends and improving our security posture.
The possibility of launching investigations quickly and the quick report capability allow us to reduce the effort of the analysts to setup and dig on new threat that might emerge.

An innovative approach
What do you like best about the product?
A clear presentation of the results, with a fine relevance on the detection elements. The engine allows for cross-referencing of information and in-depth research. A true consideration of the client environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real negative points considering the difficulty of the CTI discipline. The teams are attentive. Integrating an AI engine would be a plus.

Allow to be proactive and to address compromises and weak signals

For me it must be the best solution available on the market.
We love the depth of the research, the scanning capabilities and the 360° view of the company's external perimeter.
Also the services level is great, including top analysts.
