Real Device Testing and a Unified QA Platform That Boosts Speed and Consistency

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
First, the real device testing (not just emulators). Meaning we don't have to maintain our own device lab while still testing real‑world conditions, including legacy browsers and OS.. This is key for us, since we build customer‑facing portals, public websites, and native applications, in a highly regulated industry where backward compatibility matters.
Second, their unified platform for manual, automated, visual, and accessibility testing reduce tool sprawl and context switching, which improves the speed and consistency of our QA team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's learning curve can be steep for new users. Onboarding and configuration (capabilities, local testing, parallelization) can be complex. Pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, we don't need to maintain our own device lab, which helps reduce costs.

BrowserStack Makes Cross-Browser Testing and Pre-Deployment Validation Easy

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
mainly use BrowserStack for writing and executing test cases, both functional and non functional. It helps me check whether the application is working properly across different browsers and devices.
I also use it to validate features, UI behavior and performance related scenarios. It is quite helpful when I need to ensure everything is working fine before deployment. Also I think there customer support is also very active. And easy to implementation such as you can easily upload the csv and it will convert it to test cases so basically Integration is easy. And I wanna increase the frequency to use it more often to write my test cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
the navigation sometimes feels confusing and all things look a bit congested, so it takes time to find the right options.

Because of that, using it is not always very smooth and can feel a little overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it to write test cases. And I think in future I will use it for more cases such as platform testing.

Convenient, Comprehensive Testing Platform with Room for Integration Improvements

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of BrowserStack, as it's easy to access and supports a wide range of real devices and browser combinations. This makes it easier to reproduce issues that may not appear in the local environment. It's also very convenient for us to validate our application for different users all over the globe, ensuring they get the same experience regardless of the browser or environment they're using. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When compared to manual testing, BrowserStack works fine, but we've struggled a bit with our Selenium automation to get the configuration or integration set. I think if BrowserStack can make that integration smoother and easier to follow, it would be nicer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to validate my web application across different browsers without needing to buy multiple devices.

Fast, Dedicated iOS & Android Mobile Testing Platform

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a platform specifically for mobile testing on both iOS and Android, which really helps speed up the overall testing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't find anything yet based on my day to day testing activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I liked the feature where the application keeps track of the comments created for the Automation. It helps me use those notes to narrow down the problem when an Automation starts failing, for example due to a NoSuchElementFound exception.

Unmatched Mobile App Testing with 20,000+ Devices

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Access to more than 20000+ mobile devices for mobile app testing is one of the best feature I like
What do you dislike about the product?
Web view for test cases on single click sometimes make overwelming to work with test case especially if we have considerate amount of tests to manage. Had export issues where we dont have option to export specific fields like in TestRail. This seems important especially for reporting, since when we export all the test cases of a project (~10K+) we get a large file 25MB+ including all fields (ID, Scenarios, Steps etc) and it takes time to be downloaded from Browserstack.
In TestRail we had this option to select specific fields but it seems that this is not supported from Browserstack UI but only from API - if this is possible to be added later in UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All mobile, automation, apps related tests we can do in one place that really save time, effort and gives us one view shared snapshot

Effortless Multi-Browser Testing, Needs Faster Load Times

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy BrowserStack is to use. Switching countries, browsers, and devices is straightforward, which makes testing smooth. I can easily navigate and test without any hassle. The initial setup was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading time when opening Chrome for foreign countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing on multiple browsers and locations. It lets me easily switch between countries, browsers, and devices, simplifying navigation and testing processes.

Streamlines Testing, But Pricing Could Be Friendlier

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how BrowserStack helps me test across multiple devices without having to supply my team with all of these devices, making it quicker to onboard and offboard team members. One of my favorite features is Percy, which allows for easy screenshots and direct testing across my entire app. The ease of access simplifies my workflows and processes, saving time for my team. I appreciate that I don't have to buy licenses, which makes everything quicker and faster. The ability to automate workflows and integrate with my CICD pipelines is also a huge plus, as it eliminates the worry about manual processes. Setup was easy and straightforward and everyone is familiar with how to use it, so there are no blockers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost can be high when I'm constantly onboarding and offboarding. Really don't like the per seat payment. I prefer usage-based cost rather than seat-based cost because I'm constantly rolling people on and off throughout the life cycle of various projects. And that makes it difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me test on multiple devices without supplying them to my team, simplifying workflows and speeding processes. I love its Percy feature for screenshots and direct testing, making integration with CI/CD pipelines smooth and reducing manual workflows.

Streamlined Testing with Handy Cloud Features

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really find the reporting purpose helpful. The ability to use devices in the cloud is very helpful for mobile application testing. I like the integration with the CICD pipeline and the mobile simulators that are already available. No-code automation is a great feature of BrowserStack. I appreciate the easy maintainability and scalability, along with many inbuilt features like automation and CICD integration, which are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Jira is not quite so well. So if I want to raise a bug, I have to raise it in Jira and link it back to BrowserStack, which is more manual. Rather, BrowserStack should be able to integrate directly with Jira. And that can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack's cloud devices simplify our mobile app tests, eliminating the need for physical devices. The reporting feature is very helpful.
