Real Device & Browser Coverage That Makes Cross-Browser Testing Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The real device and browser coverage is what stands out most. Being able to test across actual browsers and OS combinations — without having to maintain my own device lab — saves a ton of time and gives me confidence that things work for real users. It's become an essential part of my cross-browser testing workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be steep, especially for smaller teams or individual developers. It feels like some of the most useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is not having to maintain a device lab or set up multiple browsers and OS environments locally. Without BrowserStack, I'd either have to invest heavily in physical devices or limit testing to just a handful of configurations. It lets me catch browser-specific bugs before they reach real users, which saves time on hotfixes and reduces the risk of a poor experience for a chunk of my audience.
Reliable Real-Device Cloud with Seamless Integrations at Scale
What do you like best about the product?
real-device cloud, seamless integrations, and reliability at scale, which significantly reduce the effort required to ensure cross-browser and cross-device coverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack offers strong value thanks to its intuitive UI, reliable real‑device performance, and deep integrations with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and CI/CD pipelines. Together, these make cross‑browser and mobile testing faster and more dependable. It also streamlines day‑to‑day workflows by removing the need for device management, accelerating debugging with logs, screenshots, and videos, and adding intelligent insights that help pinpoint test failures. Although the pricing is premium, the ROI feels clear through time savings, scalability, and greater confidence in releases. Solid documentation and responsive support further smooth out onboarding and make ongoing use straightforward. It also uses AI to analyse the builds and failures to give the users insights

BrowserStack review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use BrowserStack to test the latest builds of our app. I also frequently use BrowserStack to test new features when I don’t have time to set up a simulator locally, which makes it a convenient option for quick checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think there’s anything I particularly dislike. That said, it would be great to have an integration with GitHub that lets us spin up apps from the branches we’re currently working on, so we can test them more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem BrowserStack solves for me is being able to test features on Android even though I don’t have an Android phone. I also really appreciate how quickly the apps load, which makes testing feel smooth and efficient.
Comprehensive Testing with Minor Speed Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for testing my website, and it effectively solves cross-browser and cross-country testing issues. I really like its variety of options for testing and the all-country support, especially when testing from a foreign version of the website and with login flows. The initial setup was straightforward, as it was just plug and play, which I found pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slow process time when switching between browser and environment setting and also pricing could be improved as industry standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves cross-browser and cross-country testing, offering a variety of options and all-country support.
Handy Cross-Browser Comparison, Though Pricey for Occasional Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can compare different browser versions on a single platform and testing of different views on different browser in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here, but I guess its expensive and we don't use it often unless there is a defect for a specific browser for specific customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only problem BrowserStack is solving is device emulation, sometimes we don't have the device the customer is facing on browserstack helps here

Powerful Free Version That Makes Us Want to Explore the AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that we can do a lot even with the free version. I am sure we will hit the "ceeling" regarding the free options soon and that is ok, because I would really like to check the AI capabilities of the sofware.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. It is a bit too expensive for use, because my first choice was actually XRay, as it is fully integrated into Jira. If Browserstack was a bit cheaper, this would be my first choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving test cases. to have them in one place, to be able to track what has been done, tested, executed and what is the overall status of the test cases. This is something that we really missed until we started using browsserstack.
Huge Device & Browser Variety with Smooth, Time-Saving Live Testing
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer variety of real devices and browser versions available is very convenient. Being able to quickly spin up a specific environment to verify a layout or a complex interaction (without having to maintain a physical device lab) saves an incredible amount of time. The live testing is responsive and rarely feels laggy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial loading time for some mobile sessions can be a bit slow, which adds up when you're trying to jump between several devices quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a UX designer, it allows me to jump between different devices and environments very quickly and easily.
