Efficient video playback feature
What do you like best about the product?
I like how BrowserStack provides accurate and quick test results, making it easy to analyze data. Its playback videos are incredibly helpful for debugging purposes. The switching between multiple browsers and devices back and forth is helping in cross platform testing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its simplicity, comprehensive test environment, and seamless integration with popular testing frameworks and tools make it my go-to choice for testing. The wide range of devices and browsers available ensures that my applications work smoothly for all users. With BrowserStack, testing has never been easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the frustrating session expiration problem due to inactivity, slow issue resolution, and lack of detailed documentation and customization options. Glitches and bugs impact productivity and waste time.

BrowserStack is benefitting us by solving the problem of testing applications across multiple browsers. It benefits my business by providing a comprehensive testing platform without the need for purchasing and maintaining multiple devices and browsers.
Easy to use API
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStacks support team is amazing, always thinking from the customers perspective. The App Live and App Automate features are incredible for testing mobile apps. Setting up and connecting with existing Cypress tests is much faster, thanks to their easy-to-integrate API.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep and overwhelming, especially for newcomers due to the the lack of Cypress 10 support.It also Lags during multiple tests. It has higher pricing compared to competitors and most often, bugs occure with no specific fix timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the issue of time-consuming and costly setup of an in-house browser/device grid. It provides a large pool of devices and browsers, allowing us to focus on actual testing. It works seamlessly on cloud CICD, making it easy to execute and monitor tests.
Practical and intuitive tool for testing mobile apps
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and integrations it offers, making our testing process seamless. The browser extensions make coding easier and the in-house support is great. With BrowserStack, we can access real devices quickly and the user experience is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited video streaming from device cameras restricts testing options and comparing video quality. The local re-route plugin occasionally fails, causing frustration. Products not being open source is a downside.

Intuitive and easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is an awesome tool with extensive range of devices. Testing on numerous physical devices without actually buying them is amazing! Its so intuitive and easy to use. Testing everywhere is just a few clicks away! The hassle of multiple devices is over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the inspect in browser can sometimes glitch, and the browser in BrowserStack tends to be slower than a real-time machine. Browserstack should introduce more affordable plans for freelancers and small business owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can test changes on different devices, solving the issue of limited device pool in our QA team. This benefits our business by enabling us to test on almost any phone without having to buy one. This makes our QA works much faster.
Simultaneous tests in multiple environments
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can execute test cases in multiple environments simultaneously. Its great for testing on mobile devices and the large variety of devices available is convenient. The ability to easily integrate and organize working files, as well as test my website on multiple browsers and OS versions, is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit on the number of threads we can launch at one time. The subscription price is very high considering the number of users browserstack has from all over the world. The setup process is difficult for the first time when using Browserstack

With browserstack it is very easy to upload, download, and conduct tests without any issues. With multiple devices available for testing, we can ensure cross-platform compatibility effortlessly. The ability to customize virtual devices just like real ones is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult for new users to understand localhost testing. The inability to customize session time in settings can be inconvenient and reduced resolution for websites is extremely unpleasant when there is fluctuation in network.

Browserstack removes many problems in our web applications by allowing testing web applications across multiple browsers. This benefits our business by allowing us to easily test for compatibility and identify any bugs or issues that might occure when testing.
Eliminates the requirement of expensive device farm
What do you like best about the product?
It allows quick switches between devices and operating systems with just a few clicks. It is super easy to use and has the best-in-class user interface. BrowserStack also provides detailed logs and outstanding customer support. Its a reliable platform that offers a great testing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags on webpages when there are multiple scripts and requests running. Its difficult to differentiate between a "Real" issue and a "BrowserStack" issue. It is very expensive considering the limited usage. The requirement for separate licenses for web browsers and mobile devices is inconvenient, as products should work on all devices and browsers by default.

Browserstack is helping our organization by removing the requirement to buy multiple devices to test our products on different devices. It also offers real device testing and generous free trials, providing better value than competitors. Using it is easier than maintaining your own device farm.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the cross-browser and cross-device testing capabilities. Its perfect for rapid development and testing for busy developers. The local testing feature is a standout, and it has all the devices and browsers I need for compatibility testing. Thank you for this awesome product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the relatively high cost of the product and the lack of a free forever package with limited device/browser access. Certain features and real-time debugging are also unavailable on few devices which limits limiting testing capabilities. The connection speed is also a major issue.

BrowserStack solves the challenges of cross-platform testing, and making my websites accessible to all users. With access to multiple devices and browsers, I can ensure compatibility and functionality. The customer support is also helpful in answering any questions.
