What do you like best about the product?
I like how BrowserStack makes grouping easy and ensures it's easy to maintain. It helps in grouping similar test cases to maintain and execute smoothly. Overall, it has been so far good for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of BrowserStack was a bit time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for creating and maintaining test cases easily. Grouping similar cases simplifies maintenance and execution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get started with BrowserStack. It doesn't have a steep learning curve, which makes quick onboarding possible for our testers. It's really fruitful to have such a platform because it allows testers to focus on testing rather than worrying about the peculiarities of the testing platform itself. It's quite helpful because I don't have to worry about the platform when I can really concentrate on the testing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have observed that the speed takes a serious hit when we test through a VPN or when the net slightly goes down a notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack saves us the hassle of testing on multiple actual devices and eases onboarding with its low learning curve, letting testers focus on testing without worrying about the platform.

Sometime feels little slower which doesn't give the feels of real time device verification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main issue which it is resolving is "maintaing a testlab internally".

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of using BrowserStack. The command line interface and the methods they have make it very easy to use. It's very easy to automate tests and run them on the pipeline because of this interface, and the tests run smoothly always.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI on the website is a bit janky. I'd like the UI to be a bit better and just to see the remnants of old pages that I've uploaded. Easier navigation on the website would be helpful so that other users who are not comfortable with the command line can actually go through it and test different options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for automating last-minute testing, running integration tests, and automating manual tasks on a large set of devices.

The onboarding. If you are given access and don't know how to navigate it, it can be hard to understand at first.

Working remotely, it makes it easy to collaborate with cross-departments to test out UX projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The Percy tool is a game-changer in terms of ensuring that our PRs are making the desired visual changes without breaking the user experience. The viewer that can toggle the overlay of diffs makes reviewing changes quick and intuitive.

Ability to fine-tune the sensitivity would be nice, but the ease of reviewing changes makes up for it.

I like that I am able to easily navigate to select devices and different browsers on BrowserStack. It has always been easy to use and intuitive with its clicking options. I appreciate how this platform makes testing on phones, tablets, etc., easy through a computer without having to actually use or have access to those devices in person.

BrowserStack lets me test sites on a variety of devices and browsers without needing physical access, simplifying device testing. It's easy to navigate and intuitive, making it convenient to select different devices through my computer.
