Effortless Cross-Device Testing That Streamlines Our QA

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to test across a wide range of real devices and browsers without needing to maintain our own infrastructure. Being able to quickly spin up environments and validate issues in real time has made our QA process much more efficient, especially when working across multiple teams and partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always as fast or as responsive as working on a local device, so there can be a bit of a lag during live testing. Pricing can also add up as you add users to the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is not having to guess whether something works across devices. We can actually test it! Before, reproducing bugs across environments was inconsistent and super time consuming.

Safari Testing Across iOS Versions Made Easy, with Handy Apple Pay wallet.

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it lets us use the Safari browser on virtually every iOS version and on every iPhone. On top of that, it has a built-in way to test payment integrations through Apple Pay, which makes things a lot more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The boot-up time of the virtual devices can be frustrating. Sometimes I just want to quickly check a specific feature in the Safari browser on a different iOS version or device, but in those cases it ends up rebooting again and takes a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of needing several physical devices to test an application by giving us the chance to test virtually on different devices.

I like how easy to use the BrowserStack platform is, and the APIs are well documented for us to upload our files via CI/CD. The initial setup was straightforward, making it simple to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches when syncing the same version of ipa or different devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing flutter apps on multiple devices simultaneously and find it easy to use with well-documented APIs for CI/CD uploads.

Flexible Testing on different browsers and OS

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to test different viewports, platforms, and operating systems for my web application. I can switch to any device, OS version, or browser version in a second, which I find incredibly useful. I appreciate the great list of supported devices and versions. Additionally, I like the local debugging support because I don't need to deploy my changes to any environment to test; I can directly test my local changes on any browser or OS. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a huge time to load. When I am switching between different browser versions, sometimes it takes time. At other times, it just works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test my web application across different viewports, platforms, and OS versions quickly. I can switch devices, OS, and browser versions instantly, which helps streamline my testing process and save time.

Comprehensive Cross-Browser Testing That’s Fast, Easy to Learn, and Fairly Priced

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very comprehensive in covering so many different browsers and devices. Its UI is straightforward to use, and pretty fast. For what it offers the price seems about right. It's also the kind of tool that is quick to learn . It also integrates well with Google Chrome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst its affordable for corporate organisations I wonder whether it might be good to offer a stripped down version or different tiers to suit differing needs. For instance, a freelancer who wants to be able to test a website but doesn't require all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving any layout issues when testing in different browsers but especially when testing on different mobile platforms. We've also used it extensively to test banner ads across various browser/platforms to ensure the layout works consistently.

Fast, Reliable Cross-Browser Testing That Streamlines QA

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love BrowserStack for its easy cross-browser and real-device testing. It’s fast, reliable, and makes debugging and QA much more efficient, saving a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that BrowserStack can get expensive for small teams, and the speed of the automation testing can feel a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of testing websites and apps across multiple browsers and real devices without maintaining a physical device lab. This saves time, reduces bugs, and ensures a consistent user experience, making development and QA much more efficient.

Versatile Testing Platform with Excellent Usability

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack incredibly easy to use. The reporting is really helpful, and I love how simple it is to access the details of test runs. The setup was also very easy, and the team was helpful in getting us started, answering any questions we had.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see how we can identify test cases that need manual checks for Accessibility, generating VPAT reports and more detailed reporting with manual live runs. Easier integration with Azure/other platforms where automation runs and better use of plugins on browsers on VMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for live testing without real devices, scalable automation, and accessibility testing with comprehensive WCAG reporting. It supports shift-left workflows by detecting design issues early.

BrowserStack Makes Multi-Device Frontend Testing Quick and Easy

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack has been invaluable during my career in FrontEnd development. The number of devices, modes and screens we had to validate increased each year. Browserstack made it quick and easy to do so without having to buy a bunch of physical devices, fumbling with them, typing the URL each time, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, the time at which switching devices took was a bit too long, but that has been addressed. I wish there was a side by side of multiple devices all accessing the same URL synced up like with Browsersync on my machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack has saved so much time and allows my team and me to validate across a bunch of devices to make sure our product is more solid than ever.
