AI-Driven Testing, Easy to Use, but Licensing Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for test management and find it really helpful that it quickly creates test plans using their AI-driven test plan creation feature. I like that BrowserStack is easy to use and reasonably priced, which makes it accessible. The process of using AI to generate test plans from requirements is a real time-saver, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing of everything in BrowserStack can be bewildering. Having better pricing options for SMB companies would help.

BrowserStack helps us quickly create test plans using its AI-driven features, which is a real time-saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I love testing on a wide range of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s becoming increasingly complex, and it doesn’t seem to offer a separate path for FED or QA individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client support is helpful, especially when they notice something I don’t see.

It is user-friendly and not difficult to use.

Too many steps to login... It would be better if the login process is streamlined a bit.

Browserstack Makes Testing Fast and Easy for Our Development Team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality that Browserstack provides. It makes it easy for our development team to test quickly, spot issues, and identify what needs to be fixed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside I’ve noticed is that performance can be slow at times, although that may be related to our local environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When our business team identifies issues on their websites, Browserstack helps us quickly pinpoint the cause and resolve the reported problems in a timely manner.
Test Multiple Devices Easily, Needs UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for testing the customer and pro-facing UX in alpha builds on iOS and Android. I like the ability to test with different devices, which makes working on new UX on various build versions and devices faster to test. The initial setup of BrowserStack was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Idle session timeout of 10 minutes is too short. Sometimes the UX is not intuitive.

I use BrowserStack to test UX across different build versions on iOS and Android, finding issues earlier that multiple physical devices wouldn't catch. It speeds up testing with its multi-device capability.
Solid Tool for Cross-Browser Testing as a Student
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest, the device library is insane. I'm a student, and I don't own like 10 different phones, so the ability to open a real Samsung or iPhone right in my browser to test out my GitHub Pages site was super helpful. The UI is pretty intuitive too, so I didn't even need to look at any documentation to figure it out. The partnership with GitHub that gets you the free mobile plan is a really nice touch, too. As a student, that kind of stuff matters a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote devices sometimes have a delay, especially with mobile devices, where clicking around is a bit delayed. Also, the price is high if you're not using a free plan. I wish there were more features included with the student/edu plan because many students would actually use that more if it were more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to test my website by simply resizing my browser window, which I’ve realized isn’t accurate at all. With BrowserStack, I can open the site on real devices and check how it actually behaves, which helped me catch layout issues I otherwise wouldn’t have even known about.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about BrowserStack is how easy it is to switch between different types of devices. It makes it simple for me to test both my mobile and web applications across a wide range of devices. They also have newer models of different phones available, which helps me confirm that my application is working properly on the latest devices as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Under heavy load, the session sometimes crashes, which leads to a poor experience. The UI can also lag when testing demanding applications, especially on older models.

BrowserStack helps me ensure my web and mobile applications run efficiently across multiple devices, including a range of Android phones and iPhones. It also helps us make sure our features are available to users on everything from low-end devices to high-end devices.
BrowserStack’s Extensive OS/Browser Coverage and Location Simulation Shine
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that BrowserStack has all the possible OS and browsers combinations and you can simulate almost any location. This makes the app super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI features are very expensive. Such as Low Code Automate. Also, in case you decide to cancel your subscription, all your automated tests wont be available, which makes you dependent to BS

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple BrowserStack is for anyone to use without needing great technical experience. I also appreciate the number of devices it supports, which makes testing our web browser iGaming games easy. The initial setup was very easy, and having used it before in my previous job, I really liked how it worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The local addon doesn't always work as required. Sometimes when working with specific local ports, it doesn't get the content.
