High-Quality Cross-Browser Testing, Worth the Cost
What do you like best about the product?
I love that BrowserStack is a super high quality software and very quick. I got addicted to it because it was part of GitHub's student developer pack when I was at university, and I've continued using it since starting my business because I'm familiar with it. I like being able to test Safari, which is always a pain, and the initial setup took less than 5 minutes, which was really convenient.

It can be quite expensive but it is worth it. I wish the individuals plan was slightly cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack ensures my software works consistently across devices without needing to carry them around or worry about cost.
Streamlined Cloud Testing with Real Browsers
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for e2e testing and Playwright integrations. I appreciate running e2e's in the cloud on real browser environments, which removes the need to maintain our own testing infrastructure. The parallel execution feature is valuable as it provides faster CI/CD feedback in case of testing failures. Also, BrowserStack provides us with logs, screenshots, and video recordings which help in test executions and debugging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The debugging experience can be improved. Navigation through large runs needs enhancement. AI integration for summarizing would be helpful. Better interfaces for logs, with searching and filtering capabilities, are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for test executions and debugging. It provides logs, screenshots, and video recordings, eliminating the need to maintain our own testing infrastructure. Running tests in real browser environments and using parallel executions gives faster CI/CD feedback.

I enjoy using BrowserStack because it allows me to validate multiple mobile/tablet experiences easily and accurately. The browser extension is also very user friendly and has made testing seemless.

The page loads can take while sometimes. Additionally, it would be great if the mobile devices were listed in order of most recent to oldest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BroswerStack gives me a very easy and accurate way to review our website on a variety of mobile devices. It's much more accurate than the broswer's inspect tool and it gives me a variety of different mobile view options that allow me to easily find bugs/errors.

Streamlined Cross-Browser Testing with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use BrowserStack for testing the responsiveness of my designs to see how they behave in the real world. It really saves me a lot of time compared to having multiple windows open with emulated or simulated device resolutions. I appreciate the cross-browser testing and the option to automate tests with the browser automation grid, which are probably my go-to features. The initial setup was really easy and 100% intuitive; we found no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean, maybe not just the feature. It's but, yeah, the pricing could be a little, like, more forgiving. That's one thing. But, also, I'm not, like, a huge fan of how the report end result slash form slash design of the report pages are, is broken. Think that's a little bit closet and too much information. That could be, like, much better, structure in terms of the information architecture and just the overall layout of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing my design responsiveness, saving me from opening multiple windows with emulated device screen sizes, which saves a lot of time.
Intuitive for Cross-Browser Testing, But Slows Down with IE
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy to use BrowserStack is, and it doesn't need much onboarding, which makes it accessible for anyone with manual technical knowledge. The ease of use is the main advantage for me. I also value the local testing feature, which helps ensure everything works properly before deploying to production. Setting up BrowserStack is straightforward; you just need to place the URL and select the browser and version combination, and you're good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing is, like, when we connect with some remote versions of Internet Explorer, it slows down a bit. For other browsers, it's fine, but with Internet Explorer, we face problems continuously. Another issue is with local hosting; the testing is a bit on the slower side. We often face this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for cross-browser testing to ensure our app works correctly on various OS and browsers. Its ease of use and minimal onboarding are major benefits, along with local testing before deployment.
