Reliable and Intuitive Testing Platform

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrowserStack is reliable and easy to operate. It's intuitive and available, so I don't need to waste time on unreliable tools. The initial setup was fairly easy and straightforward. I also appreciate that it provides the reliability and the ability to find bugs before the customer does. It's a good tool, and it's useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting a session with my defaults is a bit of a hassle. It would be nice to optionally start a clear session with no defaults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing on devices we don't own, simulating user behavior. It's reliable and easy to operate, saving time spent on unreliable tools. It helps us find bugs before the customer does.

Streamlines Testing Across Devices

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for testing, and it's really valuable because it offers a full range of devices. This helps a lot since we've only got a few test devices on our own. I like being able to test different scenarios or settings on real life devices and see how everything looks and works. It's got all different device sizes and capabilities, making it easier to ensure compatibility across many devices. Most things are really good with BrowserStack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a few devices that didn't support dark mode. And sometimes the session timeout can happen a bit too soon for my liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing mobile applications on various devices and versions. It provides a full range of real-life device capabilities, which helps a lot in ensuring our applications work seamlessly across different scenarios.

Effortless Setup, Real Device Testing Rocks!

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to test across devices; it solves the problem of browser incompatibility. The feature I enjoy most is the Real device cloud, which lets me test how mobile interfaces interact with my ASP.NET Core APIs on actual iOS and Android devices without maintaining a physical device lab. The initial setup process was way easy and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the occasional latency and cost of course 🙂. If the scaling on the infrastructure can be worked on to make it less sluggish and buggy and the price is a little bit not pocket friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test across devices, solving browser incompatibility. The Real Device Cloud helps test mobile interfaces with ASP.NET Core APIs on real devices without maintaining a physical lab.

Relatively Easy-to-Use Tools That Deliver

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use the tools offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. Too expensive. Nickel and dimed on everything. Also, support is a bit slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows use to test on mobile easily since there's a device farm. Also, the new a11y testing looks promising since you usually can't find open source tools on mobile a11y testing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using BrowserStack for web automation across different browsers, browser versions, and operating systems. My experience with BrowserStack is good, particularly appreciating the geolocation-based testing feature. It's really useful as it allows me to simulate tests from different geographies by setting the capability, which is very valuable for my testing needs. I also found the initial setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as such
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for web automation across different browsers, versions, and OS. It solves geo-location testing challenges by allowing us to simulate tests from various geographies easily.

Easy, Seamless Recording with a User-Friendly Interface and Fast Test Case Creation

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The recordings can be done easily, the interface is very user friendly and seamless. The test cases can be recorded quickly. We can use cloud services as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time tracking is not there, for processes which involves slowness tracking, expected data fetching time, browserstack is unable to cater those requirements. Sometimes the application is working but works slow due to incorrectly deployment method. This needs human intervention. Also, the complex cases where output varies , user is unable to automate the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is enabling me to test generic cases which are BAU and not involve much change in behaviour every time it is executed. I can easily save lot of time depending on the complexity and duration of operation.

onboarding could be better to teach the software

App Automate’s Interactive Sessions Save Tons of Debugging Time

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about BrowserStack, in my experience, is the interactive session in App Automate. It’s very useful and can sometimes save a lot of debugging time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about BrowserStack in general is the new dashboard. I don’t find it very visually striking, and in some places the text overlaps with itself. Overall, it feels much less easy to use compared to the old dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem BrowserStack solves for me is access to multiple virtual devices with App Live. We sometimes run into device-specific issues in the app, so being able to test it across multiple devices helps me identify and fix those problems.
