Clean, Familiar UI with Handy Test Case Organization

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and familiar. It has nice features to short and organize test cases. This will be a good interface with our mobile product testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI seems clunky and over reaching. I did not find clean reporting on the testing as we are doing it. Importing of test cases was a little more time consuming than expected. I was hopping for better integration with Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the AI to create test cases was nice. Great work with our mobile testing on BS.

Huge Potential with AI Capabilities, But Performance Hiccups

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrowserStack uses AI agents for generating both automation and manual test scripts by analyzing requirements. The self-healing feature is pretty beneficial because it automatically adjusts if locators change. It's helpful since my current application changes frequently. If a test script fails due to some locator change, it clearly shows why it's failing and identifies the new locator, providing the XPath. The initial setup of BrowserStack was quite straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced slow performance and session disconnects with BrowserStack. Also, it has slow mobile loading and limited parallel testing capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for cross-device and cross-browser testing. The AI agents help generate test scripts and adapt when locators change, which is great for my frequently changing application.

AI powered Reliable and Scalable Platform for Cross-Browser Testing and Automation

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Browser stack eliminates the need for maintaining a device lab and integrates seamlessly with modern automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Also maintaining and executing the test cases by browser stack is very easy and comfortable
What do you dislike about the product?
There are 2-3 points i would like to add here.
1. For AI generating test cases there are lots of test cases are created which are not even relevant to the story. so review time increase here which is again a time consuming job.
2. LCA is not available for mobile automation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves most of our challenges related to test execution, test creation, and automation. Below are a few key areas where it adds significant value:

1. Test Suite Management: Maintaining and executing test suites is very easy and efficient. It supports both regression testing and sprint-level test execution smoothly.

2. Automation Efficiency: Test automation runs very fast with minimal script maintenance, which helps improve overall testing productivity.

3. Wide Device Coverage: BrowserStack provides simulators and real-device environments for a wide range of devices and browsers, enabling us to test across multiple platforms without maintaining physical devices.

Effortless Local Testing with Occasional Glitches

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to test web apps and native apps. I love the 'local first' feature, which allows me to run things through my machine and intercept requests. The dev tools are quite useful to me. I appreciate being able to test in a lot of different devices. The setup was quite straightforward and in my past two companies, it was a breeze to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things get laggy and hard to deal with and I have to restart the session try again or sometimes even the dev tools don't show things correctly. Honestly, sometimes it lags and the session doesn't work, it's like the device is unresponsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test apps on many devices. The local first feature lets me run tests through my machine, intercepting requests and seeing live changes. Dev tools are useful too.

Extensive Device Support, Slight Learning Curve

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of different iOS and Android devices/versions you can use with BrowserStack. When you click on it, you can select any iPhone or Android from a wide range, including older models like a Google Pixel 6. Helping a variety of clients means I need access an app on various platforms or software versions, and it allows me to go on and have the exact same app experience that they have. This is really helpful when something's wrong so we can fix it or show clients how to actually work it properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very user-friendly at first, but that's only because of how much it actually supports. Once you know how to use it, it's very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to assist customers with current or outdated devices, offering solutions across iOS and Android. It provides access to a wide range of devices, helping me replicate customer experiences and resolve issues effectively.

Reliable, Fast Device Spin-Up with Great Selenium API Automation

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The number of devices available to customers is a huge plus. In my experience, the devices are also very reliable - I don’t think I’ve had a single one fail or misbehave. The time it takes for devices to spin up is really quick as well.

I’ve also used the BrowserStack API to automate tests with Selenium. We were then able to add those tests into a pipeline, which gave us a lot of confidence, especially since most of our user base is on Apple iPhone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful if I could log into devices and use account features directly on the devices themselves. I do a lot of payments testing, so being able to set up an account on Android or Apple and then use the wallet features would significantly improve our ability to test consistently across different devices.

I’ve also noticed that the iPhone dev tool functionality can be a bit temperamental. In some cases, the dev tools don’t load at all, while in other instances they work seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s difficult in modern testing to cover every single device a customer might use, but Browserstack helps massively with this thanks to the sheer number of devices, browsers, and OSs available. In the past, I’ve found that employers can be reluctant to provide enough test devices, so Browserstack lets me go wild and try a wide range of setups, testing devices quickly and cost-effectively.

And it isn’t limited to manual testing either. I’ve also used Browserstack to automate tests by targeting specific devices for the test runs. It was straightforward to implement and gave us a lot of confidence, without having to spend ages manually testing each device.

Reliable browser test on real devices

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrowserStack provides real devices and not simulations, which leads to more meaningful and reliable test results. The initial setup was absolutely easy and caused no problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing on multiple devices simultaneously should be standard and not incur additional costs. One should not have to pay extra for simultaneous testing on multiple devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing on many different devices, which increases the reliability and significance of the test results.
