Facilitates QA Testing but UI Needs Simplifying
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for QA testing, and it really makes it easy for our team to collaborate and test cases. I like that it's structured, with test plans created by our QA team and assigned to us, so we can test easily and report issues directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit cumbersome or takes getting used to. There are many clicks to get to test cases or see only assigned ones. It would be nice to have a direct link for the monthly or bi-monthly testing to get started directly with the assigned cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for QA testing. It makes it easy for our team to collaborate and test cases. The structured test plans let us test easily and report issues directly.
Essential Cross-Platform Testing, Though Test Runs Can Be Slow at Times
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is an essential tool for our SaaS company. Building software that works consistently across platforms—even in the age of AI—has become increasingly difficult. Android, iOS, Windows, Apple, and Linux, each with multiple versions, all require testing against every release of our software.
We’re a small company with an even smaller QA team, so BrowserStack makes a real difference. It lets us test across multiple platforms and browser versions at the same time, and it includes UI experience comparisons that help us spot issues quickly. Without BrowserStack, our QA department would probably still be beta testing our first version. Overall, it’s a great piece of software that helps us deploy with a high level of confidence in the user experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose a downside to BrowserStack, it would be the speed of the software tests. Occasionally it can run slowly which holds things up. It's not that often and, given the time save of using it, isn't that big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UI inconsistencies across multiple browser versions and operating systems.
Good tool for day-to-day validations
What do you like best about the product?
This tool allows me, as a manual QA to quickly test our product on different devices at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
the biggest headache with BrowserStack is the latency; since you’re accessing a remote device, there’s often a noticeable lag between your click and the screen responding. It’s also frustrating when you're in the middle of a flow and the session randomly times out or a real device isn't available right when you need it. While it’s an amazing tool for coverage, those little performance hiccups can definitely test your patience during a busy release cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the massive headache of managing a physical device lab by giving me instant access to thousands of real browser and mobile combinations in the cloud. This benefits me by ensuring my testing is 100% accurate to the user's experience—not just an emulation—allowing me to catch device-specific bugs and ship releases with much higher confidence.
Simplifies Test Management, Needs Better Folder Structure
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for test management and find it helpful in organizing test cases and reporting. I like that it is easy to use, and the initial setup was pretty easy for my team. I also appreciate that we can link test cases to Jira tickets, which adds value to our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the folder structure is set up isn't ideal for test runs; we had to create one folder with all of our tests in there to pull them into one run. We think it would be better to have a folder for each 'function'. Currently, we can't pull multiple projects into one test run, which would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us organize test cases and reporting.
Fast Multi-Device Testing and Screenshot Capture in Just a Few Clicks
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to test multiple platforms and quickly jump from the same page on multiple devices. I also really like having the ability to capture screenshots across multiple devices with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing is a challenge at times and I wish there were a few more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have yo leverage a large number of physical test machines to support the testing I need to complete.
Easy Staging Environment Connection for Our Company
What do you like best about the product?
to be able to connect staging env to our company with any mobile device simulator.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes a couple of times to restart to be able to connect staging and it can be time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no need a physical device, test in multiple devices both IOS and Android seamlessly.
User-Friendly UI with Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the UI is user-friendly, and the documentation is pretty straightforward. It's super easy for me to integrate my local involvement, meaning the scripts and configuration changes are simple to handle. The setup was pretty easy too, and using it along with creating scripts is straightforward and amazing. There was great support, and having folks to connect with and understand more made things even smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
So, yeah, for when we are using progress tech and, tech and, when we are, you know, we are trying to record the flow that we are trying when we are, you know, we are trying to record the flow that we are trying to implement our script, right, for native mobile app. Through Appium inspector. I see that we, don't have to constantly refresh after each click or mostly action, when we do. So that's a part where I can look into. At least everything is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to solve the problem of needing real devices for performance testing, as it simulates and uses real devices effectively.
Effortless App Testing at Scale
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for app testing, and it allows us to test at scale. I find it easy to use, which really helps streamline my workflow. Also, the speed to boot devices is impressive, saving me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test at scale, and it's easy to use with quick device booting.
Simplifies Browser Testing, Needs Refinements
What do you like best about the product?
I like BrowserStack because of the ease of swapping between browsers, which makes testing different environments much simpler. Mobile testing is also very useful to me. It reduces the amount of time I have to spend working on a new feature to test older compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes localhost testing can be very finicky and hard to set up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing a web app in different browsers I can't install locally, especially older Safari versions. It easily swaps between browsers and helps with mobile testing. This reduces my time on testing older compatibility for new features.
Easy Page-by-Page Comparisons, but Percy Snapshots UI Needs Polish
What do you like best about the product?
i used only percy snapshots and its looks good. Its easy to compare page by page
What do you dislike about the product?
UI for percy snapshots is bit ugly and not able to create direct ticket from a page diff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
small changes in webpages its very easy to handle. We found few bugs with the help of percy snapshot
