Effortless Testing Across Multiple Devices and Builds
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to test across numerous devices and builds simultaneously
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think this necessarily is the fault of Browser Stack, but it's frustrating when services don't load. Even some better error messaging would go a long way - as a PM it's not always clear to me why a build won't load

It helps me test remotely without an actual device. This is especially helpful for the Android platform which I personally do not own

I had a lot of issues with loading time, and this was not similar to a native app experience. For example, when I was using an iPhone 13 in BrowserStack, the loading time of the device was extremely slow. We thought it might be a product problem, but it seemed more like an issue with the device in BrowserStack software.
