BrowserStack make it really easy for testing whether it is manual or automated.

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, it really helped me for testing the features and cover all the use cases. It cover a wide range of browsers and operating system which enhances the user experience. It works well with Jenkins and makes the automation testing really smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes slow when we test on real devices. Local testing feature is sometimes slow and gets delayed due to session time outs. Also, It is expensive for a comparatively small group of developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helped me and my team for performing both manual and automation testing while covering wide range of test cases in a comparatively short amount of time. It enhanced our performance and product quality as well.

Good software, can enhance a test suite

What do you like best about the product?
Azure Devops integration, makes it easier to organise test run recordings. Before I've recorded test execution with other tools and released them as an artifact, but the BS integration is cleaner
What do you dislike about the product?
It is another tool in my test suite, and I don't really like to use it outside of pipelines. You can't really debug easily with it. I also am finding it hard to get used to the new UI changes. Its a huge change and seems a but unintuitive - its become harder to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to provide developers with test recordings for if a bug is captured

What do you like best about the product?
Integration of automated cases does not require any sort of changes in the existing written code.
It supports parallel runs which saves a lot of time in executing automated suite.
We can update the status of Automated Executed test manually as well in case their is discrepancy in test result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Execution of parallel tests can be improved.
Session dashboard can be improved with keeping test suites in a track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am just using BrowserStack for the execution of our Automation Suite and reporting and monitoring of the same with the help of BrowserStack. Here we get a lot of option for reporting and monitoring which makes it easier for other teams in our org to understand the stability of product.

What do you like best about the product?
We get best reporting and analytics of our automated test run under App Automate. We can integrate reporting of daily run with slack and other notification tools for better monitoring of our test cases and products.
Apart from the App Automate, we have Automate feature here only to automate our web UI cases more perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislike about BrowserStack in the features which I am using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated BrowserStack in our Automation Suite along with this we have also implemented Slack alerting in the suite. This helps us to send alerts in the slack in real time. We are not using any other tool for reporting as we find BrowserStack's reporting is far better than other tools.

It improves the productivity of soft testers during the testing phase of web applications. It allows the testing of websites on desktop browsers. It supports cross-browser compatibility. It is very easy to use. Easily integrated.

Service support could be better. It is a heavy-budget application. It should include AI test case generation feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I found BrowserStack's accessibility testing very accurate and easy to use for both Manual and Automation testing.
Even setting up automation for accessibility testing is also very easy. We just need to select choice of our framework and technology and follow the process with SDK installation and yaml file set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting for some tests can be better in terms of issue presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using BrowserStack for automating our accessibility testing with our existing functional tests in BrowserStack only. With the help of this we are keeping track of our entire test suite and health of our application.

Test Automation with Test Management

  • January 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from App Automate, App Live it has the feature to manage our test case in one place and integrate them easily for the Automation and Manual Testing which is a very cool feature when we have to switch to different tools for maintaining the test cases.
While manual testing we can use its Bug Capture to record the issue which has the devtool which helps in debugging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be only one subscription for all products. Here we have to take subscription of every feature separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For testing purpose we are only using BrowserStack and one more other tool for CI/CD pipeline. We are managing our tests, performing manual test with the help of BrowserStack and maintaining the test cases, running automation scripts. Our system is completely relying on BrowserStack.
