  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Screenshot or video recording and creating directly a Jira/other platform bugs directly is an amazing feature, which helps skipping any other recording tool to be used and exact device and other details are shared therein the story.
What do you dislike about the product?
Camera type screens don't work for mobile testing, we can find a way-out so that it can be completely tested.
Also, if there is a device based testing where phone sends data to web or vice-versa, such multiple device testing, if supported would help testing IoT based projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It had always been a great tool, now with the advent of AI tools I am able to write Test Cases using even a Zeplin design.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes cross-browser and cross-device testing very easy without needing physical devices. I like the wide range of real browsers and devices it provides, which helps catch UI and compatibility issues early. The platform is simple to use, reliable, and saves a lot of setup time for testing across different environments. Live testing and debugging feel smooth and efficient.

Sometimes the sessions can feel slightly slow, especially when testing on older devices or during peak usage hours. Pricing can also be a bit high for small teams. In a few cases, browser or device sessions disconnect unexpectedly, which can interrupt testing and require restarting the session.

It helps identify browser-specific and device-specific issues early in the development cycle, which reduces production bugs. This saves significant time and effort for the QA team and improves overall software quality by ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms.

Eliminating Test Noise, Using Test Observability to Stabilize Playwright Suites

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Test Observability features is a standout, providing a high level view of our playwright build health that standard logs just can't match. I love the Flaky test detection shown in my dashboard, which helps us isolate unstable tests before they pollute and CI/CD pipeline result. The ability to see failure categories and durations at a glance allows my team to priority is based on real impact. And it has turned our road test data into actionable insights for the entire engineering team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that the dashboard can occasionally leg when loading very high volume build histories with thousands of individual test cases. And lastly the price for high parallelism observability can become quite steep as you scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack has solved our problem of "noisy" test results where it was difficult to distinguish between genuine regressions and environment related flakiness. By utilizing the failure categorization seen in my screenshot we have reduced our to be investigated queue by nearly 40%. This has directly benefited our release velocity as developer can now trust the build status without seconds guessing every failure.
