What do you like best about the product?

The possibility of having a team available 24/7 provides the peace of mind we need during hours when we don't have staff. The best part is that if an event occurs, their experts intervene to neutralize the situation.

What do you dislike about the product?

The support staff does not speak Spanish. This limits the intervention of the local team and the Sophos staff.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides the visibility and perhaps the speed necessary to contain an attack. Nowadays, with the sophistication of attacks, rapid interventions and precise containment are needed, and I believe Sophos MDR offers this.

What do you like best about the product?

I like having 24x7 monitoring backed by a team of security experts. The Threats detection, investigation and response capabilities complement our internal cybersec. team and give us better visibility and support when suspicious activity is detected.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is not much to dislike, but communication and visibility during some investigations could be better. Clearer status updates would help our team follow the response process more easily.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sophos MDR provides the 24x7 monitoring and it is great, is the main capability we need. It complements our internal cybersecurity team, improves threat visibility, and helps us respond more effectively while focusing our resources on other security priorities.

Sophos MDR (Managed Detection and Response) has delivered outstanding performance and fully deserves the top grade of 1. The service stands out through its rapid detection and response capabilities, 24/7 monitoring by experienced security analysts, and highly professional collaboration

Nothing, everything works well and smooth

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

IT security is getting very fast and the attacks are near. Sophos helps us to identify malware and attacks and secure our infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Sophos MDR for its ease of use and setup. The dashboard, monitoring, insights, and reporting features are easy to navigate and understand.

Sophos MDR manages our security infrastructure comprehensively, from endpoint security to remote threat containment. They are our full-service security partner, enhancing our capabilities with ease of setup and ease of use.

The SOC Team and the management of the policies, server and clients.

the role-based feature could be better. its not perfect for multi-sites.

I find the service and performance great, the integrations into MS365 are excellent

The AI functions do not convince us 100%, there are also too many false positives at times

We don't have to run our own SOC and SIEM, which saves manpower and helps with cybersecurity

The dashboard and UI is really nice to use and the performance has been fantastic

Nothing really, however the onboarding process on our end was slightly longer than anticipated

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Email security has always been something we've needed to improve due to the amount of spam we got. Now with Sophos, the quarantining function has been fantastic and we have had a massive positive feedback from the business

What do you like best about the product?

Sophos MDR lets me sleep peacefully, as an expert team monitors our entire network traffic and can immediately detect and stop or block any anomaly or cyberattack.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are currently no aspects that I dislike.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sophos monitors our network 24/7. I save resources and effort by not having to handle it myself. Additionally, the expert knowledge is not available to this extent. We benefit from a comprehensive service and expert knowledge.

The integration with endpoint and server, mail, etc.

Sophos Central could be even better as a central tool

24 x 7 system monitoring, something we couldn't achieve as a team

Support and onboarding are exceptional. That said, the sheer number of integrations can feel overwhelming at first. Performance is solid, both in terms of threat identification and overall resource usage.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s cloud-only, and the interface can be a bit tricky to navigate at times.

We needed a 24/7 partner to keep an eye on our assets worldwide, and we found exactly that with Sophos—at a reasonable price.
