Stay away. Excellent tech team. Bad management.

What do you like best about the product?
DoiT's technical team is very knowledgeable and experienced. They went over and above to provide the best service beyond the initial scope, including helping us with non-technical and administrative matters related to Google's internal policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we transitioned our company to a new legal entity, DoiT issued new contract that was different from the contracts we had agreed. They did not notify us or highlight these changes, including things like adding a long-term commitment clause with minimum spending and clauses that prohibit to termination of the contract - in short they locked us up hostage without our knowledge. When this was discovered later, they acknowledged that this was their mistake and offered us 7% discount. They locked us into a contract that was effectively 200% more expensive than what we needed. Their argument is that they cannot do anything about the contract because they would be punished by Google for a contract change. You are not their customer. Google is their customer and they will treat you as such. There are plenty of other partners out there who will surely value your relationship more than DoiT.

Their management platform is clunky and confusing. It gets the job done if you're willing to spend the time navigating around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a small/medium business, it can be overwhelming to manage various platforms and systems. DoiT has provided a central point for the management of cost and support. Technical support was excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
DoiT offers a great mix of cloud spend management and expert support.
My team uses the expert support for various scenarios, either for just consultation or for a help with complex tasks.
As an admin I'm in control of spend and usage and get detailed reports that helps me make the right decisions for my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I really like working with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detailed cloud cost management and exepert support for the cloud infrastructure.
Helps me be on top of pur cloud cost and usage in different services with great anomaly deteand real time alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast response handled by knowledgeable professionals.
Even after working hours, questions got responses immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing i can think of so far, most tickets handled within in a day or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Found out networking issues, errors, any irregular charges from cloud services

Nothing to dislike, it is a great platform that we are happy to be part of.

Navigating cloud management has been difficult for us as our platform grows quickly the complexity of the cloud requirements has grown. DoiT is helping us with first hand knowledge of how to best handle our cloud management.

What do you like best about the product?
My account manager has been very helpful even though he's unable to do very much to solve anything. Their integration with Slack made it very straightforward to get access when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support doesn't know very much. Finance is completely clueless. It's impossible to report problems with DoiT because, when you do, you get a closed ticket and then the issue still bites you. I have never had to go back-and-forth as much with any company in my life outside of health insurance. That's not a good comparison.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you do nothing in the way of security, DoiT's single-payer accounts provide you AWS support. If you want anything secure, you can't use them.

What do you like best about the product?
We've used DoIT quite a few times for insight and guidance on our AWS accounts where we are lacking expertise. They have always helped us out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not yet found anything to dislike about the DoIT service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their cosultation service has given great advice on AWS solutions. They have helped us organise our accounts more efficiently and give manage our costs.

Great company with great services

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get help, and they are quick to answer, no matter if it is a highly technical question, or if it is about billing questions about their own service. And you never get any unexpected costs from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that if you have an account that uses credit card payments, they send out the invoice the day it is generated, but the payment is done on the due date, so that is a but problematic with our automatic banking system, where it doesn't find the transaction of the invoice sent. And even has made issues with manual handling, since our banking office expect us to send in invoices when they are paid. But in a whole, this is a tiny issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the first part, I get a single place to check the costs for all our 5 companies that has their own AWS accounts. And if we had a big google cloud account too, it would also be combined into this dashboard, which is great. Another problem they solve is simplicity of generating stats and graphs of usage/cost, as AWS's tools are much harder to use, and requires more clicks to get to the point you want.

Another super great thing is the free support that we get with DoiT with professional engineers. For free! I was sceptical at first, but they have delivered everything they promised. Better aws-prices and free support. We pay less than when we used AWS directly, and get much better and faster support/technical guidance.

What do you like best about the product?
DoIt provides me with excellent and timely consultancy on both technical cloud operations and cost optiomizations. Their consultants are highly professional, and helped me with complicated topics like database migrations. They are highly available, reliable, and save me time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I am satisfied with their service and have no disadvantages I can think of. They service has been good and I plan to continue working with them in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System design, undesrstanding cloud solutions and managing cost in both GCP and AWS. This includes technical advice and FinOps assistance for cost optimization and control.

What do you like best about the product?
The professionalism that the representatives show , I was personally on a call 3-4 days ago and the representative was extremly professional as well well prepared tech wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not say I have much ti say on tearms on negative , they ahve been very mititious in what they do , they are very well rpepared tech wise so from a support point of view theya re awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DoIT is assisting me personally from both a cost point of view as well as support for cloud services point of vuew , some services I work with are fine tuned by DoIT .
