Easy to develop

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create new forms and create themes and formats to save and use in the future. I like that so many fields are offered as choices and that putting in calculations is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very easy for logic to "fall off" a field if you review it or need to check something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to build a international forms for registration and fee collection. The program is accessible to my members all around the world.It ensures we receive immediate payment for services rendered and not have to work as a collection agency at the end.

Great, easy way to get forms completed

What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessable, easy navigation. Automates a lot of form completion by clients and employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Formstack although it would be nice if you could add pictures directly to the forms instead of having to add a description block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates forms for our staff in the field. Very easy to use and copies clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom themes and the flexibility of the questions. We use conditional logic to open up new pathways of question asking as needed - which is great on the user end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with other platforms / ability to automatically pull data from formstack to other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering nuanced information from multiple sources in a smooth and easy way.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with SF - Is very simple to use the field and map them out correctly and even when you have problem support is very rapid at provinding you with help. They have a variety of integration systems avaiblable. It's a must use
What do you dislike about the product?
If your forms become super large alongside with SF integration fields accessing the settings can become quite laggy

Being able to flow information into CRM very effectively

Quick customer service, high price point

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack have always been quick to respond whenever we've had issues. The platform has been relatively easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a big expensive every month for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack provides a HIIPA compliant solution for us without us having to set up our own system

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can accept payment while gathering information. It is nice to be able to organize everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit user unfriendly. It takes a decent amount of time invested to get a handle on how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved our issues of being able to take payments while collecting data.

What do you like best about the product?
Form have great functionality when paired with Zapier to connect all our other applications !
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike their support. They do not hve immediate support and you usually have to wait 24 hours and go back a forth via email for days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to create on the fly Surveys and onboarding portals and create documents !

Bad experience with Formstack

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, for real. Others form builder provide the same features with more reasonable price and expected result, while Formstack is expensive and giving me a bad experience on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a bad day with feature disable dates past on input date. What I expected is disable past dates so user can only choose the incoming dates, but what Formstack did is disable FUTURE dates. And why the hell that I need to select a specific date to disable past dates, but not do like other form builder allow us to do like inputing `Today` keyword in the field to disable the past dates including today? Who will be happy to pay $429 annually but got this super lousy service?

Please provide the features that is convenient for users, and not misleading the users with the label
