Love Formstack
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love most is the ease of use and the variety of options for differnt projects and uses. We have created forms for users to complete surveys, planning documents, registation and confirmations, tests, payments, and send confirmations. Again this is a great/easy system for admns to use and straight forward for end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the capability to call someone directly for questions but I notice you are starting to piloting this option. Which made me and my team very happy! Thank you for making this an option for my teammembers.
There are also a couple issues with resending the notification emails. When you enter the email address sometimes it will send the email of what was set up to go and sometimes it will send a summary of submission. Another thing is I wish we could view the open ended responses (not radio button, etc) in chart section. I would be nice to be able to pull a full view of the data collected.

What do you dislike about the product?
The number of forms available on the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web lead gen forms, contest entries, event registrations
Replaces so many paper forms!
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack is a great tool for collecting data and integrating with other services we use (Salesforce, Box, SmartSheet, etc). Forms are user friendly for the submitters.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of conditional logic and routing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily collect data from a variety of departments in our company. Surveys are made easy and look professional. Integration with Salesforce, Box, and SmartSheets is a huge bonus.
Easy to use and great support service
What do you like best about the product?
The form builder is very intuitive even for me that have very limited tech skills. The support service so far is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will sugget to rethink the video tutorials and self-education section, I find sometimes difficult to find what i need. Also the option for customizing reporting and export these reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved things regarding language option and Css editing.
Workflow & Data Collection
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to program and inexpensive as we are a small organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow can be very structured. When starting a workflow form you have to have all the information for the entry step. At this time there is not save and resume but it has been suggested by many users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection and forms open to the public to make requests for our ramps. We are a non-profit (Servants at Work, Inc.) and build ramp for low income people at no cost (if they meet our financial guidelines) in IN, VA and AZ/NV.
Easy to use, seamless integrations and design
What do you like best about the product?
We use Formstack for everything from giveaway entries, lead sign-ups, event RSVPs, and even ordering t-shirts and gear! We can set notification emails of a submission that follows a logic question (i.e. if someone requests a report from the Social, Email, and Web team, we'll each get a notification then and there).
The CSS editing also allows nearly full customization so we can make the form match our website branding seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had the option to Reorder items in a list (prioritize interest-level, etc) for surveys.
Additionally, it would be great if we could set backend values for form fields so that they match our data systems rather than requiring the front-facing info to match our backend (i.e. the question "How Interested Are You In Tickets" on the front end would be "Preference_Tickets" on the backend.

Lead capture, surveys, internal reporting requests, event registrations. Formstack is our go-to for all of our client-facing data collection and we have dozens of forms running at a time.
One of the best features of Formstack is the notification emails, either confirmation messages to the submitter or notification emails to the form admin (or relevant department) of submissions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Formstack is a great tool with lots of customizability. That being said, it is important to have a standardized approach to forms so that the data being collected all matches. Before I started with my company, several teams were using Formstack and were using different types of fields to collect the same information (i.e. Birthday was in some cases a date selector, others a drop-down for month day and year, and in other cases, it was collected as a short answer) this made it challenging to format into our central data warehouse when it came time to import those leads.
One of my favorite features of Formstack is the ability to schedule automatic exports which will email you a secure file drop link. I pull leads from dozens of forms each week and I have saved myself so much time by scheduling these exports to come directly to my email (all you have to do is click the link and sign-in with your log-in credentials and the download begins automatically while complying with Data Protection Policies).
One last tip/nuance we've noticed is that the integration with PayPal does not verify payment before successfully submitting the form. We have to manually verify that someone paid in PayPal and cross-reference against the form submissions.

Yeah, it's decent
What do you like best about the product?
It lets things be streamlined easily. It's pretty easy to get the hang of, and easy for to collect information.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the different options can be confusing - I had somebody show me how to use it, but without that, I might be lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to collect information - meaning, we have to gather information from quite a few different people, so when we need to collect data for hiring, we have it all compiled.
Streamlines user submitted daya
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to gather information from people with Formstack. I’ve used it at theatres to gather volunteer submitted data and organize shifts
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be annoying the way that it copies data into excel, you still have to do a lot of work manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s easy to get times that volunteers are available when scheduling usher shifts
Flexible and intuitive forms
What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive form builder, it gives us multiple customizable and responsive templates for our business. Conditional logic has been especially useful for constructing dynamic forms that are easy to answer. It also includes field validation that saves us time in data processing. The software also allow us to export the collected data in various formats -Excel, PDF- quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not lacking in anything, it is a tool with advanced features, but its plans are expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is versatile to build any types of forms. It allows us to collect information to carry out projects. Workflows help us save time and at the same time increase the efficiency of our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
