Formstack is outstanding
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and customizable. We can create forms quickly or import them from other systems. The templates fit our needs and save us time in the construction of logical forms.

I recommend it because it is easy to use, price is reasonable and supports integration with third-party applications.
Simplifying your Load
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack is so incredibly customizable. The logic options really helped my team to get the most out of one form, being able to collect everything we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit tricky to get the hang of, but no major complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Young Life, we used for SO MANY things. Camp sign ups, fundraisers, order forms, you name it, we have a Formstack for it.
Intuitive User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I can create digital flyers, invitations, and export files as needed. Unfortunately my organization does not have a CRM system for our Business Development Department, and we are fortunate enough to be able to have Formstack as a source to keep up with our business model. Not only are we able to use it to keep up with our Book of Business but we also utilize the system to track our time. In addition, since we create multiple events throughout the year, it is easier to keep track of invitations and registrations with Formstack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily the best looking website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track my book of business, and I am able to export it to excel. Very useful system, if your organization does not have a CRM system in place.

Try it out and see how it helps you drive your business forward!

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack has an excellent UI for creating forms and offers great webinars on how to make them look even better!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive, but definitely worth the cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to automate several data entry tasks that we were previously paying staff to complete.

Their customer service is excellent and they are so willing to help troubleshoot and set up your system.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Formstack at multiple companies and i would recommend them to anyone. We have them integrated with our ticketing software, so forms are pushed and created into tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall i really like using Formstack, I would say the downside to me is that you cant share a license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use them mostly for data management system. With their forms, we are able to collect information through through their online forms.
Great Forms; Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack is one of the best form building sites out there! We are lucky enough to utilize Formstack to process event registrations, sponsorships, and donations at the organization I work for. The builder is very easy and allows for drag and drop building. There are plenty of customization opportunities and the ability to divide your form into sections. We have used both the free platform and the paid platform, and both have been well received by our supporters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating at times that websites like this cost as much as they do. We are a small nonprofit, so even $100 makes a difference in cost to us. $100 is a lot to our programs department, so it's hard to balance spending money at times on things that could otherwise be utilized in our community services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Event registrations have been easier; we've been able to streamline a lot of processes.

I love the ease in which we can create surveys, applications, and even tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more tutorials on how to create a form with more complex logic. It is sometimes hard to reach the section of tutorials.

I am able to quickly put together applications, and then pull data from this to easily sort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is an easy tool to use and any person can easily put forms together with no knowledge of coding.

What do you like best about the product?
It's highly customizable and easy to navigate.

The layout sometimes can feel a little constricting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending different forms to a wide array of constituents.
A great software for small business
What do you like best about the product?
A one-size-fits-all, ”best” software. This is a great software including everything in one place and it's easy to use. Formstack allows us to customize our own form with our theme.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Formstack for nearly 1 year and seem there's nothing to complain about. However, the storage limitation is quite little. We have to delete some old data by ourselves. That's the only thing that I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack is integrated with Salesforce so it's made easier in CRM. Saving a lot of time.

Highly recommend Formstack to small and medium business size.
