Powerful and Robust solution for creating Forms
What do you like best about the product?
Creating and publishing advanced forms becomes easy with Formstack. It provides excellent advanced analytics and stats about the form submission. It has great integration and is available with other services. Forms performance can easily be checked and tracked with advanced analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating large and big forms, I find it a little bit slow and unresponsive on some steps of form filling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Formstack for building Forms for collecting useful data from our customers and clients and I find it highly secure and reliable. We were able to easily integrate it with our CRM and push data in real-time for advance performance and avoid manual process. Also, the reporting helps us understand better and build better forms.
Good product with very difficult cancellation policies.
What do you like best about the product?
It has been a good product, especially after the workflow integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
After more than 10 years of usage and continued promises, language and translation options were added. We moved away and have been trying to cancel for a couple of months but could never achieve it no matter what I tried. Got into a new billing cycle, and nobody cares to help but just point to the SLA.

Simple data collection tool
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack is fine for moderately complicated form creation and data collection. Customer support is decent though not always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is difficult, and integration frustrating and error prone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly collecting data from users.
Formstack does not possess the abilities other HIPAA compliant form platforms have available.
What do you like best about the product?
With non-HIPAA accounts, Formstack provides diverse offerings to companies looking to consolidate their forms. It is a great tool to use if you manage a team or house of brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HIPAA accounts have very little to no value regarding organizational tools for their users. Other HIPAA compliant platforms have basic abilities such as being able to sort submissions, base searchability, and scheduling submission exports for certain periods of time. Without these very basic tools, it's impossible for a team to sort through and manage submissions. After multiple discussions with our Formstack team and no intended updates coming soon to help HIPPAA accounts, we are currently searching for alternative platforms that house better offerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't believe Formstack is solving any of the issues we have with our HIPAA compliant account. Understandably, there are many restrictions for these specific accounts but other compliant platforms that house forms already have better tools to aid users while remaining compliant.

Ease of use and access to our customer success manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had initial concerns over the API connections between Formstack Forms, Documents, and Sign, but have not had any issues since implementing them several years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection for our end users, and approval routing for functional owners of the data.
Been using Formstack for many years
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and an array of different forms can be created for just about anything. We have been using Formstack for many years and it continues to be our 1st choice for utilize forms throughout our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upper end packages can get quite expensive. It would be nice if Formstack included SSO in their lower end packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Registrations for events, payment tracking new employee onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to understand and integrate , very straightforward tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Address country fields are bit tricky . Doesnt work with Salesforce.

Converting Website Enquiries to leads in salesforce in easy way.
East to Use Web Form Builder
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack's drag and drop builder makes it easy to quickly configure and publish web forms. Their platform offers great features allowing users to customize bounce back messages, submission flows, and third party integrations. Role based user access and scheduled exports are also nice features from an administrative perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Form styling can be challenging for users who aren't familiar with CSS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack has been a nice tool for 1-off data collection needs.
Easy to Use and Compatible with Everything!
What do you like best about the product?
We love that we can share our Forms on Formstack with users within our company. We use Formstack for a variety of our day-to-day processes, including using it with our HRIS system. The workflows are easy to create making approvals simple and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a ton to dislike, if anything, having to send reminders for approvals would be the only area for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for requests to be sent and approved through one tool, there is no need for long emails that go back and forth when you use Formstack.

It’s very user friendly and integrates easily with different platforms such as webhook

I wish it had more features for advanced level software developers such as adding breaks between lines
