What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to say. It's not "disliking" anything but subscriptions are subject to so many add-ons to the different core service packages, that it's sometimes unclear which services and products are included in our subscription and which are not, and the "not" part sometimes comes as a surprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anti-Counterfeiting support in the online environment, specifically on websites (globally) and marketplaces in North American region.
An advanced such online anti-counterfeiting program leads to increased consumer protection, and an increased potential for a company's legitimate sales.
Also negative image risks and bad product experiences - due to the receipt of counterfeits - are minimized.
In broader terms, the economy can be better protected, while organized crime and respective networks can be unveiled and eliminated.
This all results in a more stable overall economical situation, safeguarding of a company's market share, and increased health and safety of consumers.

We have been working with Brandshield for almost 2 years, a great partnership and no dislikes currently.

We have seen an increase in fraudulent sites and customers being scammed. Brandshield supports us in alleviating these threats and ensuring our customers remain safe whilst online and shopping our brands.

BrandShield have demonstrated great responsiveness and dedication in addressing our brand protection challenges. They have been proactively explore multiple solutions when initial approaches were ineffective, and consistently provide valuable context and background to help us understand the underlying issues. Their commitment and adaptability have been instrumental in managing our complex problems
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to fault with BrandShield; however, as an international company, time zone differences occasionally make it challenging to connect with our consultant in real time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrandShield is helping us address a significant business challenge: the misuse of our brand, logo, and reputation by fraudulent actors attempting to sell counterfeit products. Prior to engaging BrandShield, our efforts with social media platforms and hosting providers yielded limited results. Once BrandShield came on board, it was clear they had the expertise and strategic approach needed to effectively manage and mitigate the issue much better than we could.
Absolute game changer
What do you like best about the product?
It’s amazing knowing there’s someone besides me actively and relentlessly removing counterfeits. The platform is easy to use, and I can quickly add any counterfeit listings I find. Customer support is excellent—having a dedicated team member is especially helpful and on point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time zone difference limits meeting time availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I deal with numerous counterfeit products and users of my copyrighted material...BrandShield seeks and removes listings of infringers.

i wish it also did functionality for MAP violations since it already does this web crawling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Brandshields we thought we had an issue with fraudulant sites selling our product or imitating our company, we were closing a few of these down a year. Know we are shutting down hundreds of these sites a month. The process is easy and effective.

Fishing sites and fake copy brands
We have subscribed for several years to BrandShield and love the service blocking spam sites.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with and very thorough and they do a great job of taking down scam websites. There are so many scams out there today and we were trying to do it ourselves before and this has been way better to use them. They are always in constant contact with great customer service and follow through very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about them.

Lots of bad actors creating spam fake websites and pretending to sell our products and they take them down.

What do you like best about the product?
They have been great in helping to protect our business. Anytime I need anything, they've been quick to respond and take care of any infringements that I see.

There hasn't been anything so far and we have been working with them for a few years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us with taking down any infringing websites and pages, protecting our business from people who are copying are designs or trying to phish our customers. Their system is able to find most of the things we need removed on it's own.
Fast takedowns and friendly service
What do you like best about the product?
Brandshield is an excellent service for quick takedowns and detections. Much easier than doing it on your own. They can also do automatic takedowns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately if you have a name that could apply to many things you will get a lot of results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scams are rampant out in the world. I use Brandshield to help fight those scams and allow me to skip the ground work.
