All-in-One Protection with Harmony SASE

  • October 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most important things we like most about the Check Point Harmony SASE solution is the ease of use and administration of a robust security solution. All this from centralized visibility, which provides us with a single portal where we can monitor connection traffic, apply control policies, and make decisions about potential threats to users. This saves time and provides an additional layer of security for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one area that could be improved is the documentation support for implementations. The documentation is very technical, so when you use it for the first time, it's quite difficult to understand. It has few images and is not intuitive. Sometimes, even for advanced details, it's difficult to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within the companies where we implement and support, it has helped us with security. This firewall supports us with threat prevention and zero-trust access from a centralized environment.

Web filtering also provides significant security for our users inside and outside the company perimeter.

Unified Security Made Simple with Check Point CloudGuard Harmony Connect

  • October 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Check Point CloudGuard Harmony Connect easily integrates many security capabilities into a single cloud-native platform. This unified solution simplifies management, increases security, and improves the user experience in distributed systems, all while constantly evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find this software difficult to use because of its intricacy and steep learning curve. The initial setup process is time-consuming and requires specialist knowledge to guarantee that all security policies are properly configured. Additionally, I've seen some limits in terms of customization and integration with third-party programs. There are also intermittent connectivity troubles, especially at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modern organizations face several key challenges. These include Zero Trust Remote Access Protection, complete threat prevention, simplified deployment and management, and improved user experience. We are actively addressing and improving in all of these areas.

Secure Access, Simplified

  • October 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Harmony SASE is how it brings security and connectivity together in one place.
Whether our team is working from the office, home, or halfway across the world, we get consistent protection without sacrificing performance.
It’s seamless, reliable, and gives us peace of mind knowing our data stays secure no matter where we are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Harmony SASE covers a lot of ground, but managing all its features can feel a bit complex at times.
The interface isn’t always as intuitive as I’d like, especially when switching between policy settings or troubleshooting access issues.
Once you get the hang of it, it’s powerful but there’s definitely room to streamline the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check Point Harmony SASE solves the challenge of securing remote access without compromising user experience. It gives our team secure connectivity to corporate resources from anywhere, while enforcing consistent security policies.
That means fewer vulnerabilities, smoother workflows, and a lot less stress for IT. It’s helping us stay agile and protected in a hybrid work world.

Poor customer support that doesn’t take issues seriously

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The product concept and interface are straightforward, and deployment through MDM tools is standard. The platform has potential if the execution and support improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support experience is consistently disappointing. Instead of engaging with the evidence and details provided, the support team asks irrelevant or redundant questions, ignores screenshots and metrics, and delays escalation to engineering. They follow scripted triage rather than addressing the real problem, which wastes valuable time and leaves issues unresolved. It feels like customer support is not aligned with IT teams’ needs for timely and effective resolution.
In addition, using their SWG functionality requires forcing all users to remain signed in, but the product doesn’t provide a way to enforce this automatically. Users have to do it manually. This creates extra friction for IT and adds to the administrative burden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a centralized way to enforce security policies across endpoints and manage access through MDM. The idea of having a unified SASE platform is valuable in theory, as it simplifies deployment and should reduce the need for multiple point products.

What do you like best about the product?
Check Point Harmony SASE is praised for its fast performance, strong threat prevention, true Zero Trust access, and simple, unified management, all in one secure platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users mention that the initial setup can be a bit complex in certain environments, and that logging and customization options could be more flexible. There are occasional concerns about resource usage on endpoints and a lack of support for ARM-based Macs. A few users have also noted that support response times and pricing may not suit all organizations equally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check Point Harmony SASE helps us secure remote users and branch offices without relying on traditional VPNs. It solves the problem of managing multiple security solutions by combining them into one platform. This has made it easier to enforce policies, improve visibility, and keep users protected no matter where they connect from. It’s simplified our security setup and improved overall performance.
