Overall Sugar Market Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Email creation is easy! Nurtures are easy to build and not overly complicated. Setting up dynamics lists from Sugar Sell is simple and efficient. Support is quick to respond to issues and makes solving issues quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall platform could use some upgraded efficiencies ... time-consuming to logon to Sugar CRM every time I want to set up a dynamic list. Jumping through the nurture metrics is cumbersome and requires a lot of clicking around. Reporting is also not very straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to set up a multitude of automated emails that help feed our sales efforts, all based on activity happening in Sugar Sell.
Marketing Automation platform with huge potential
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Market is an easy to use marketing automation platform with a huge potential. The email builder and nurture builder are having everything what you would expect and you can use them by drag and drop.
Many of our colleagues are not technical experts but they easily learned to use the system.
The customer support is also outstanding and we have got great support when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are som functions such as list builder and event management that have been improved over the years but they still lack some functionalities and a similar easy-to-use approach as the email and nurture builder. Especially for us, as a Swedish organisation with different brands, the event mangement part lacks the support for different languages and brands.
There is also room for improvement when it comes to syncronisation features between the different Sugar products. You can see that Sugar Market has been bought from Sugar and that it wasn't created from scratch as part of Sugars product solutions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sugar as our marketing automation platform. As a government agency we don't work with Sales in the same terms as many other organisations using Sugar Market but it still supports our needs for automating our processes as much as possible. Since we implementet Sugar Market we have seen an increase of 31,8% in lead volume and our newsletters boast a competitive 40%-50 percent open rate on marketing emails. This is certainly due to the great automation and nurture functionalities.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for setting up a variety of emails to send to large groups of recipients. Quite in depth with what can be achieved using the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of small nuances with user interface and experience especially in the email builder. Takes a lot longer to create emails with formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping send out important comms to various audiences to generate leads, interest and sign ups etc.
Email Marketing Upgrade!
What do you like best about the product?
Merge tags have been a game changer for us. Being able to not only add a custom footer by contact owner, but also customize the "from" address and "reply to" address have enabled us to send emails that have the personalization of our sales reps but reply to a shared inbox monitored by Marketing, so we can weed out auto-replies and bounceback and our reps can focus on meaningful connections with their customers.
Nurtures have also been a great tool for us. There's definitely a learning curve with them and we continue to discover new ways we can utilize them, but it has really streamlined our process of sending reminders about upcoming events and important updates.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there was greater ability to customize email layout. (For example, there seems to be a limit to the number of columns you can add). But overall it is still much more functional that what we were using previously.
Also, when building Pages, the background image is very difficult to resize and the preview is different than what shows in the building (it is not WYSIWYG), which can result in some time-consuming trial and error to figure out what will fit/show correctly on the final page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving us a lot of time! We have about 35 sales reps that we are sending emails for, so being able to pull in their profile information with one merge tag/on one single email send makes a big difference.
It is also replacing much of our manual data capture/tracking, with the built-in reports and sync between Sugar Market and Sugar Sell.

As the person who codes the emails - I hate that I can't see the email and the code next to each pther

I work in a silo so it is easy to set all my automations up while I am on holiday so my manager doesn't need to worry about it

What do you like best about the product?
A comprehensive marketing automation solution is offered by Sugar Market, and it has great reporting tools. It enables you to manage your campaigns with ease and keep tabs on the sources of your leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Sugar Market, tracking and assessing investments can be difficult because there is no direct ROI calculator. It is still possible to control and monitor your return on investment, though it will take some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ive been able to maximise my marketing efforts and produce more money because to Sugar Market. I can analyse my campaigns carefully and make data-based decisions thanks to Sugar Markets powerful reporting features. It also gives my sales team useful information on the preferences of potential clients, enabling them to follow up with prospects in a more effective and efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I won't say it have an excellent UI to be honest here but kind of a decent Dashboard will all the needful information is available for you. Its like ready to go without much changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As already mentioned it is not easy in the first run... Unless you explore it several times once you get handy then it won't be a problem. Integration with sugar CRM can be a problem as it crashes.
