Metabase the best platform for millions of data handling and viewing
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful I find about Metabase is its capability to handle a large quantity of data, at the same time, there are many filtering options, which we apply to our requirements. The different companies can have customized Metabase, according to their work type.
Also, they have options to give access to selected persons, as you want, according to your choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
The filter option field should be always accurate, like very specific so sometimes it makes it difficult to search for data, overall I have not found any is no error or bugs in Metabase. It works fine for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very difficult for everybody to search millions of data, so Metabase made my life easier by giving options for how to store data or create any number of filtering options according to the requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
We can write SQL query and the way to store the data is different schema is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tables will take some time to load, also the query running time is too slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metabase helps me to look DOD, WOW and MOM numbers. Also the data from metabase is not crunched as other analytics tools. We can get accurate data by running queries.

1. Easy setup as the software is compatible with multiple programming languages.
2. The dashboard helps to view the live analytics and edit the query easily.
3. Sharable public dashboard link and alerts on email/slack.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Takes a lot of time to load the data as the numbers kept scaling.
2. While downloading the reports, a few rows miss and don't fetch all the data.
3. Without hands-on SQL experience this tool is very hard to handle.

It sorts out all the analytical needs to see the real-time analytics and share the same via a shareable link.
Nice and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I found about Metabase is that we can get the numbers of users performing different activities on our platform by just writing simple query.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a person does not have a good knowledge of SQL, than he won't get the data. So it's kinda a little hard to use for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides all of the data in one place because of which it is easy to get all the numbers at one place. Also the presentation of data can be done in different ways i.e by Charts , line charts, bar charts etc.

One of the best things about Metabase is, through this software we easily build reports and share across our organization.

The downside of Metabase is when multiple users are using the same dashboard or report at the same time, it becomes too slow.

Metabase allows me to store data for my business and also helps in the visualisation of the stored data. Through visualisation of data, it helps in taking the right decision for the business.

It has most of the functionality that you need to build a successful self-serve BI environment

Very simple interface combined with a lot of functionality that is important, like drill-in, SQL based reports and data schema management

Its an opensource BI tool. We can querry the data on metabse and generate reports over the data. Even download the data also.

Lack of support and documentation from metabse. It also take little bit of time sometimes in syncing data also.

Its helping in generating reports and analytics of data.

The platform is great for mapping problems and tracking the productivity of agents, as well as being easy to use.

Sometimes, the platform freezes and takes a long time to download data.

It is helping in the monitoring of the company's activations, as well as in engagement campaigns based on service productivity.
Was a great tool for data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies the usage of SQL. Even a new user of SQL language would be able to use the application without knowing much about the language of SQL

Same or repetitive designs.when started working I couldnt make formats of my choice as it gives limited number of pre defined sets of backgrounds

The best thing about metabase is the data visualization and dashboard creation features it provides. I used it for creating risk monitoring dashboard
Good tool for data analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to find answers to data questions. And it is great for organizing data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit challenging to learn. And it does take a while to practice and master the use of Metabase.

I am using Metabase to solve data analysis problems. For example: seeing customer case resolutions and outcomes for many different agents.
