Arctic Wolf Review
What do you like best about the product?
We are already well equipped to monitor network/log activity, but we do not have 24x7, 7-days-a-week staff, so having them monitoring during our off hours is the best aspect of their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we already had LogRhythm deployed, and continue to use it, we do get a lot of duplicate data generated. Maybe if there was a way for AW's monitoring to take into account what our own LR system is monitoring, that could help reduce the duplication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the off-hours monitoring was a concern, especially given the fact that some cyber liability insurance companies are starting to penalize you with higher rates if you do not have 24x7 monitoring. It has been good to have additional expertise beyond the couple of our own staff who are well-versed in cybersecurity monitoring.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We had a weekly touchbase with Arctic Wolf technicians for the first couple of months after implementation, then we cut that down to a monthly cadence, and now we are on a quarterly cadence. This has been an ideal approach for us.

A smooth onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
A personalized approach to getting past the onboarding portion of the deployment. Continued customizable options to reduce noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some struggles with integration into our ticketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving our security posture and making us aware of incidents we would have otherwise missed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Artic Wolf's proprietary agent is vital for them to contain an active incident. Couple that with managed risk scanners and it will provide a dashboard to show vulnerabilities.
Experienced and Friendly Support
What do you like best about the product?
Proactive support for our business needs. Friendly support when calling. Knowledgeable staff on current and past threats, what could be a false positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times over information in reports that are sent out or not enough to really point what we need to check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Open port configurations, suspicious package downloads, higher risk country logins
Increased security and peace of mind.
What do you like best about the product?
Notifications and the concierge team are my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is hard to navigate and the ticket system is not the best.

I am adding peace of mind with the scanning and concierge team.
Arctic Wolf has been integral in the security overview and management of our small business network
What do you like best about the product?
Reports that immediately tell us when something happens and lets us know what AW is doing to mitigate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with AW so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They manage all our systems for vulnerabilities and all incoming and outgoing traffic for risks.

What do you like best about the product?
ArcticWolf's customer support is top-notch. They're team is always ready to answer any questions we throw at them and help us assess network-related vulnerabilities. They've even helped us generate customized monthly reports to help us keep stay on top of our network activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to say here; I'm extremely happy with our service, prices, and technical/sales support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ArcticWolf has been extremely helpful running scans on our public IP's to assess vulnerabilities and remediation. The alerts we receive for our internal processes are very helpful as well.
Great addition to internal technology team
What do you like best about the product?
The weekly reports are very helpful in understanding the activities in our environment. The security analysts and engineers are quick at responding to inquires and are dedicated to helping us fix any issues we encounter. They really know security and they have reviewed all of our firewall settings and other security related settings and have helped us better our security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do a great job with monitoring. There isn't anything I dislike about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are a great addition to the internal team. It's not easy to find, hire, and keep security talent. With Arctic Wolf, we're able to accomplish our security goals.
Arctic Wolf Helps me sleep at night
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf is quick to respond and escalate things when needed. We have fine tuned the process and have reduced the amount of incidents that are brought up. The SOC is very responsive and my core team is the same team I meet with every few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I can fill in about what I dislike. The process was easy to setup and maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel more confident about my network security and vulnerability risk having Arctic Wolf SIEM in my systems. I am able to quickly and proudly respond to cybersecurity audits that we are being protected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not wait to contact them. They are trustworthy, affordable and very knowledgeable in the cybersecurity market

What do you like best about the product?
Speed of response\alerts, bringing them on board with us has allowed us to focus more on system upgrades\migrations, knowing that there are talented eyes monitoring our data 24x7.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike! There is no downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We reduced time spent reviewing logs and alerts, and also got a great status check on where we are in our industry.

Listen to what they say, go with their endpoint agent and enjoy the Security Touch-points. You can learn a lot from them.

The Artic Wolf solution is simple to deploy as well as simple to manage once it is deployed--which is a why it is liked by both our sales and technical teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Artic Wolf has grown rapidly, and because of this we have changes account ownership on the technical and partner sides, many times. By the time you find a cadence, your team is changing again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to get all our data from throughout our networks aggregated and analyzed in real-time. Which decreases our time to detect something happening in our network. Additionally it helps us maintain our regulatory compliance.

We recommend Artic Wolf to other partners and regularly recommend it to our clients.
