What do you like best about the product?
Can get a company audit-ready in weeks instead of months. Allows you to tailor controls to fit your specific workflow. Our Account manager Shivang was very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to understand and use for tracking compliance requirements. Thanks to Shivang for helping us onboard and explain the product features in a very easy manner.

There is nothing in particular which I don't like about sprinto
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dhasboard which sprinto gives us based on the compliance requirements is very simple and helps us track different things required. It is much better than us juggling between documentations and excel sheets.

We used Sprinto to achieve our ISO 27001 certification and the experience was seamless. What sets them apart isn't just the software—which is intuitive and clean—but the dedicated support. Shivang had been very supportive throughout the process. Having a compliance expert guide us through the 'sharp edges' of the audit was invaluable. The 'Trust Center' feature is also a massive bonus;
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have Integration for our HRMS tool Leapsome. They should build a framework to extend custom tools like this easilt.

I like how proactive the Sprinto staff is. Both ISO and SOC2 process fet very easy; they guide in very details and are helpful throughout the entire process

The platform automates evidence collection, integrates with key systems, and keeps teams continuously audit-ready, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual compliance work.

Sprinto solves the challenge of managing complex compliance processes like ISO in a structured and scalable way. Instead of tracking controls, evidence, and policies manually across multiple documents, Sprinto centralizes everything in one platform and automates large parts of the process.
For me, this reduces operational overhead, improves visibility into compliance status, and keeps the organization continuously audit-ready rather than scrambling before an audit. It allows teams to focus on implementing real security practices instead of managing compliance paperwork.

Sprinto not only helps track compliance but also highlights gaps and suggests remediation steps. This proactive approach is useful in addressing potential risks before audits. Our account manager Shivang was proactive in helping us understand how to act on these alerts and improve overall compliance posture.

Some of the alrets can feel overwhelming initally, and priortizing tasks may require learning the workflow first.

Sprinto helps identify risks early and ensures corrective actions and documented. This reduces the chances of compliance issues going unnoticed and saves the team time in maintaining audit readiness, making overall risk management more efficient.
Simple, Reliable Platform with Smooth Device Tracking and Security Training
What do you like best about the product?
it is simple and straightforward to use with rarely any glitches or lags. Best practice trainings are done periodically to ensure we remain aligned to keep our systems and confidential information safe from phishing and other attacks. It also helps report our devices and makes the process easy and smooth. Implementing it from the get go was never a challenge. In case, even if we do face a challenge our account manager Shivang has been consistently up for helping resolve those.

Not much to dislike. It's a very mature platform.

Sprinto made our SOC 2 journey simple and well-structured. The platform is easy to use, automates evidence collection, and keeps everything audit-ready. Their support team was responsive and highly knowledgeable throughout the process.

Overall, the experience has been very positive. Minor customization limitations exist, but nothing that impacted our SOC 2 certification process.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprinto for its role in compliance SOC2 and our account manager Shivang. The compliance automation is a standout feature that addresses my needs effectively. The overall product is impressive, but I especially like the device tracking feature. Additionally, I find the trainings and policy creation features with version management particularly valuable. The initial setup was very easy, which was a huge plus for me.

Sometimes integrations fail.

I use Sprinto for compliance SOC2. It solves compliance automation tasks, and I find the device tracking along with trainings and policy creation features, especially with version management, very valuable.
Great tool for Ongoing Compliance Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprinto primarily for continuous compliance monitoring. It helps reduce the overall audit workload by automating evidence collection and cutting down on the need for manual proof maintenance. Once integrations are set up, the platform gathers documentation in the background and provides alerts if something falls out of compliance. Our primary point of contact, Ritik from the Sprinto team, was easy to work with and showed real care for our success. He was always reachable and willing to support. Big thanks to Ritik and the team supporting us in this journey.
