Easy to use, functions are adequate
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of email builder out there, but i think the features and usability that Bee offers is just simple and just about enough for what we need. Sometimes too many features equal to complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is way to make mobile display more adjustable, that'd be great. For examples, the 3 rows on desktop view when switching to mobile view will be 1 image per row, and the original images were supposed to be smaller but it turns out to be quite awkward on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to accompany with our CRM tool
The email builder we've been looking for
What do you like best about the product?
Bee is the kind of email builder that we wish Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and others had built in to their own builder. The end result is always exactly on point with what we're trying to accomplish. The ability to add our own fonts has been an unexpected pro to the builder too, as well as the hosting of the images, without worrying about broken linked images.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of our biggest problems is that Gmail often clips our nicer emails, because they are 'too long'. Knowing that we've reached the max size for Gmail during the design phase, rather than the building/testing phase, would be a huge help.
Also, one of our main clients uses Constant Contact, which isn't a supported connector. It ends up being a lot of copying and pasting code right before sending out. Being able to add Constant Contact as a connector would be a huge help!
Also, some clients are frustrated that they cannot edit the emails themselves, once a 'template' has been created by us. It would be nice if there was a way to better share these templates, similar to Canva?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Bee we are able to make beautiful responsive emails for our clients, who have always been pleased with the outcome. We prefer to build from scratch, rather than using premade templates, although the premade templates have been a good source of inspiration.

Using Bee is very easy to design, test, and output email campaigns.

the ease to generate mails quickly. There is no need to hire a graphic designer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of depending on the times of graphic design teams. Anyone can use it.
Bee made HTML template so easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the drag and drop interface. Even as a designer and a front-end developer. myself, I still save so much time. It's incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ummm, I think my least favorite thing is that when I import the template to our CRM, Zoho CRM, some of the templates are breaking and not looking the same. I guess it's hard to make a 100% compatiblity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining speed of design/coding!
It's Great!
What do you like best about the product?
The WYSIWYG editor, is by far the best editor I've ever seen. Its ability to seamlessly crank out code for responsive measures is just great. I wish you had a webpage builder platform because thats all I would use, it's that good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing right now is font choices and weights. The bold feature is not really a true bold of the typeface. I would like to have a wider selection of fonts with different weight options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The editor is just so easy and works so well. Love to be able to save rows now which has streamlined my process.

We love how customizable and user-friendly all of the messages/ templates are.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have some type of "preview" feature where you can preview the email on gmail, outlook on mac, outlook on windows, etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One template does not fit all emails, so we really like the customization.

If you're looking for a powerful email builder, use BEE.
Really love BEE for creating email newsletters quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the template builder is - I can create emails in minutes vs hours hand-coding while still being able to be creative. Bee also is always adding new features and improving existing ones which show how dedicated they are to it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing to create email templates! This is my favorite piece of digital marketing software - and I love that you don't have to download anything. Bee is great because all you have to do is drag and drop elements to create an email - so we can move stuff around, change text, change images, and easily integrate variables into our emails without ever having to dig in to the code.
What do you dislike about the product?
All downsides I had in my original review a year ago have actually been fixed by the development team! Good job! One thing I would like to see is testing how it would look in major email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Microsoft, etc, directly in Bee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally we were hand-coding our newsletters in HTML. It was extremely time-consuming. Bee cuts this down and helps as make changes quickly and see them on the fly!

Some of the formatting seems to be lost when sending templates from gmail to outlook accounts.
