Easy Peasy
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use drag and drop system that renders correctly. Simple to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could copy sections to use on another email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to become experts at html and our current email service provider does not have a great drag and drop feature, so this works well.

What do you like best about the product?
All the features - I am using Beefree since day 1 of my business. It's been almost four years and we are using product day and night to bring our emails to life. I have seen the evolution of features whether it is making our life easy for outlook or new features around mobile responsiveness. The way product has evolved across the year its amazing. The product is easy to use and customer support is fast. They are always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will not say dislike but I will say if beefree launch AMP based functionality also. It will be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us cretae HTML emails super fast.
Easy platform to publish daily newsletters
What do you like best about the product?
Makes daily newsletters look very professional. Easy to import jpgs. Links to URLs is important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The many times that I've entered a sentence or two, and the platform encounters an error (Houston, we have a problem). Necessitates a re-do and is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes easy integration into our sending system with an email full of information and graphics. Makes us look good!!!!

Limited design options- sometimes we feel like things are super limited, or difficult to find.

Building beautiful HTML emails that can be used in other platforms.
A great tool not only for Internal Comms
What do you like best about the product?
I can export my emails in HTML and then create automations for almost anything using Google Script or other tools! Bee Free is so easy to use that I have been able to onboard colleagues in my team in just one day. I also love how easy it is to save our desiggns and just create copies of our company templates whenever I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more users included in the basic plan. So far only 2 persons in my team use it because if not the price increases to much. I would also love to be able to send emails directly from Befree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal Communications at the fintech company that I work for in Mexico and LATAM. Creating good quality and good looking emails for the ́+1000 employees that we have.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, theres nothing I can think about that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With programs like Mailchimp etc, the user interface is quite clunky and doesnt allow for certain fields to be edited as well as Befree.
Love this software and couldn't do emails without it!

I wish that the templates went into HubSpot better and that you could drag and drop once they are in

I no longer have to bug my web developer to code pretty emails - I can build beautiful templates on my own!

The best responsive email builder
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and create responsive designs that can can be quickly imported to Salesforce/Pardot and other platforms. Great selection of templates also and Enterprise level includes the ability to send proofs to stakeholders for quick and easy review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rows automatically add 5 px padding on the top and bottom, which causes display errors in Microsoft Outlook.

Ease of use for creating content blocks and the design part. Ability to import templates from other platforms with different import options.

Nothing particular to note. Everything is fine.

Easy creation of templates according to the charter, more aesthetic than with other tools or platforms.
